Not the most user friendly, I wish you could interact more with your showroom, and that search would let you hide dresses you don't like / want to see. The search can be pretty overwhelming and the search limits seem to only apply to bridal dresses, not bridesmaids.
Relatively easy to navigate. Easy to find orders. The only issue I have come across so far is that this app sometimes force closes without warning.
So far I love this app and the shopping experience. Easy to follow instructions for placing orders and the try before you buy feature is fantastic!!! Can't wait to get my first order !!!!
I love the Azazie website...app is pretty buggy and closes often. If not for that, I would give 5 stars. The interface and layout are very user-friendly.
I love to be able to try on sample dresses in my own home. The shipping fee is certainly less than the cost of driving around to shop in other cities to search for the perfect dress.
Used to love this app... my bridesmaids all used it for their dresses, and it was wonderful! But after it updated a few months ago I can't access anything other than the main page. The browsing feature doesn't work at all, it just gives an error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail. What good is a shopping app if you can't shop? Disappointed to say the least.
The cart feature does not open on my OnePlus 6t. I've added dresses to try on to it but when I try to click on the shopping cart icon, it brings me to a blank screen. Also, after I add the dress to try on, it brings me to a blank screen (longest I waited was 3 mins) then I click back, the cart in the top right corner counts the new item, aka the count went up, but it still wont show me any check out screen when I click on it. Very disappointing to not be able to BUY anything on the app.
The update made a Problem! I love this app, it is making narrowing down my wedding dress so easy and its perfect for my bridesmaids! All I had to do was puck a color and my girls can choose the style that fits them. Problem is ever since the update I cant get back in the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled ut and now it wont log me in at all, I fear everything I saved is gone. Hopefully that gets fixed soon so I can get back to it.
The app is no longer working for me. Every time I click on a dress, the page doesn't load. When I go to the website(still on my phone), it works just fine. Other than the app itself, the brand itself is great and the options are pretty endless. Edit** Thank you for responding and resolving the issue so quickly, but more so, thank you for delivering the dresses across the pacific in what...2 weeks?! Im so amazed and grateful!
Very buggy and crashes often.
I bought swatches from this app and as soon as I bought them they logged me out of my account and I cannot get back in. They will not Except my password and I wasted $22. When we called customer service no one picked up, And they also won't ship my color swatches! I highly do not recommend this app or this company
It frequently crashes when searching and trying to add the try-on dresses. Other functions are great.
The dress quality is just like what you'll find in a bridal shop ! The app is easy to navigate through and the try on sample dress at home concept is amazing ND so affordable
I wish I could build my own dress! Too many beautiful dresses to choose from this was a difficult decision; I almost ordered two! I can't wait to try on my gorgeous dress . Thank you!
I just ordered colour swatches, love that option! I have browsed through the dresses for my bridesmaids and love them! Can't wait to try out the "try on" feature for $15!!
My experience has been excellent. Very good turnaround time from customer service. I ordered a try-on dress and was pleased with the quality of the material and workmanship. I can't wait to receive my dress.
Azazie is a wonderful app! It is a very useful & wonderful tool- helping me to find dresses for my bridesmaids that each lady will love, in a style that is flattering to their figures. Azazie helped me find a gown that was absolutely perfect for me. I've never felt more beautiful. Azazie offers try at home dress options, color swatches, bridal/bridesmaid/groomsmen⁶ accessories, and many other references ideas and tools- all with the purpose of helping to make your special day absolutely perfect.
I like the features of this app and it is easy to use. There are many options for colors and many affordable dresses. However, I was unimpressed with the checkout process. The site advertised a coupon code, but upon checkout, there was no place to enter the code.
Very helpful! It's nice to try on dresses and be able to have a cheap website to send my bridesmaids to.. I don't feel like I'm spending a ton of money but the quality is really good! I would reccomended to try on the styles and buy the color swatches before ordering things as the colors on the website are not always the same as the color swatches
I absolutely love this app! There are so many styles and colors to choose from. It's like a one-stop shop for everything. And it's absolutely perfect for those with either social anxiety or are majorly self conscious. I would say that the only bad thing may be that they never have my style of "try at home" dresses in my size.
keeps stopping and won't open
It's very easy to find the right dress and I didn't feel pressured into trying to find the dress in a short amount of time! I love that you can try them on in comfort of your own home! They provided a measuring tape and guide with my purchase so that I knew how to get it tailored to fit you when it comes and you don't have to spend extra time (or money!) getting that done later!😁👍
Loved the app. However, its working for me anymore. I can see the home screen but when I click to see dresses it's says "oops something went wrong. Tap to try again" but nothing happens if I tap to try again. I've uninstalled and installed the app multiple times before with no luck.
Nice dresses and they return if they don't fit
I loved the app and had no problems until I just updated it. Now when I open the app, I can see the main page and that's it. Whatever I click on, it says something went wrong please tap screen to retry. I've "retried" several times now and it's still not working.
New update doesn't allow me to purchase items in my showroom or even view individual items to add to cart.
It is sooo glitchy. It frequently freezes and most times that I click on a product to view it I get a black screen and it eventually crashes. If it weren't for the glitches the app would be clean and easy to use.
I've tried 3 try before you buy dresses (which is an amazing option) and all three have been absolutely stunning! The quality seems great and custom sizing is also an excellent option. Three was the charm and I will be ordering the 3rd dress as soon as I settle on the color. Azazie rocks!
