Cant even open the app
Used to work a little, I think they gave up on this ever working. Can't get my ID cards. Just terrible.
This app doesn't work properly on Android N (7.0 or 7.1). It constantly freezes and shuts down. I recently updated to Android P developer preview and it doesn't work at all now. BCBS need to get someone who actually knows how to program.
Crashes every time I try to log in. Never even saw what's available inside.
Worthless, have to login over and over in the same session. It can't even display ID card.
It constantly freezes or keeps trying to load. You can't pull up your benefits ever! I wait until I can get on a computer because this sure doesn't work.
It freezes everytime you try to use the find a doctor feature. It constantly logs you out when you are using it.
Scumbag middlemen doing nothing but busy work making billions of profit can't even make a decent app. They already have our money, why would they?

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield through my company and they told me to download this app. This app is complete garbage there's nothing helpful about it they already processed my whole entire application and yet they said that I should be able to view my ID on this app and yeah I can't even do that. All the money I'm paying for healthcare and they can't even put together a reasonable app for a smartphone that's complete trash I am very disappointed.

Missing advertised key features like finding the closest Urgent Care, Symptom Checker, Health Encyclopedia, etc.
Doesn't work, wont let me sign up. Not too mention, inputting your birthday takes 10 years to scroll. Submit button doesnt work
Worst app ever. Doesn't let me register regardless of all credentials ID numbers, etc. Pity that it's been created by such a large company that you're gonna trust.

Useless besides to view card info and deductible. Looks like it was probably made in 5 mins or less.
I can view my card and my deductible balance but "find a doctor" does not work and comes up with an error
Can't even register to use this garbage. For a an insurance company who makes so much a year, you would think their application would be top notch. If this is how a simple app is, should I be worried about my new coverage?
The app does very little ....and even the very little doesn't work. I tried to pull up my ID card and first got an error, tried again and pulled up the field names but none of my account info was on there.
