It doesn't work with pixel 6 or any google phone, the problem is it can not connect to the camera You can connect your Samsung only to the camera However the camrea missed a lot of videos, Skip and important time It you choose 10 minutes it will record 10 minutes when it feels like it If it does record long video it will give you message: something went wrong and it will not play it because obviously The fire system doesn't take big files, this is not ntfc I want to speak with support
It works perfect M550 with Samsung S20 ultra, 3 dashcam recorder is very good, just take out the micro SD card to look video at smart phone or laptop. To download from dashcam to smartphone it takes too long time.
Not sure why people are giving this app such a bad review... I've had nothing but really great experience with my M550 dashcam. The app works exactly how it should and I'm able to get everything I need. My only wish, is that the camera would announce any "collision parkmode" detections when you start the car the next time. That's it.
Not sure why some people are having issues. The app works as intended. I find it very cool to be able to integrate gps maps as well as speed info on playback.
App started crashing all of a sudden. Starts to load and connect, then flashes and closes
You can't pause the video so it downloads faster...there's no fast forward or rewind on video playback and you can't set the date manually so it's always a day behind on my dashcam because I'm one day ahead in Australia....
AZDOME DasCams are Amazing, the only drawback is the App. Enhancing it will definitely add more purchases, more profits and more customers satisfaction...
Dashcam is Ok. But the major problem is the app!! it is terrible. you can extract the videos from the dashcam but it will only save to the app internal storage (I don't knows where they saved this)!!! I looked so hard in my internal memory but no luck. Then to share the videos to external apps you you can only extract and share 10 seconds of every video you extracted from the camera to the app. it makes no sense!!! Let me share my videos with full time as I wish. Why the restrictions.
the dashcam is fine. good enough for what it is, but the app is terrible. from the dashcam you can extract 1 minute videos. but it will only save to the app internal storage (god knows where they saved this) after that you need to open the app locally and extract the video you just extracted from the camera. (confused yet?) you can only extract and share 10 seconds of every single minute of video you extracted from the camera. it makes no sense.
App doesn't connect through Bluetooth its through WiFi! It will not record videos as I am driving. It also, refuses to auto or manual connect to wi-fi when in driveway (close enough to wifi). Plus in Gparking it does not record when not park close to house and you got to turn it off and then try to reconnect to wifi before driving Which Doesn't work. Why it is wifi and not bluetooth? I Also, tried to contact customer service it's impossible. Camera doesn't stay on it is in connect setting. 😡
Won't connect, if I connect on WiFi it'll just fail to get any info and then ask to connect to car DVR..... This has made the camera useless for my needs :/
Having a hard time saving the videos using the app thru my phone
Few people saying the app doesn't connect. I had to specifically click the stay connected to this no internet wifi for it to detect the camera then worked perfectly.
Very difficult to connect Wifibor Bluetooth and the inside camera that connects the main unit from time to time, it restart on its own,
Pretty horrible, can't send videos and ridiculously slow to save. Doesn't save to phone, saves in the app and you can't share the file. No video lock button on camera either to lock a video in a moment of distress. You have to manually go back thru every video until you find the one you need. Very insufficient at sharing files or saving them.
It doesn't work at all, each time I want to do something it's starts to load (I don't know what) and it doesn't stop loading, the app works for nothing, who was the brilliant idea of putting a wifi in the cam instead of a Bluetooth I guess the only way I can see my videos it's taking out the ad card and plug-in it to my phone.
The App works Great!! Sometimes its a little hard to connect via Bluetooth but I just restart my phone and Camera and NO PROBLEM!
App isn't very user friendly, and it won't let me use the rear view camera or do picture in picture so you can view bothe cameras at once
Had to return after many attempts to try and get the m300 connected to my car and phone. Pretty simple pairing process made overly complicated!
Lovin it by far.. best video quality i had in a while.. just havent figured out how to install the rear camera on my truck yet but quality mode is superb!
Love it, works perfect! Took a little time figuring out the setup, but works great now.
It is OK and easy to use but when I download video from the camera I can watch it in app but I cannot edit it or see it in the gallery... Iin app you don't even have share button only delete and when I deleted video by the mistake I couldn't get it back :/ fix it please and it will be really good app, and some of the content is in English and some is in Chinese
Interactions with the device is wonky and sometimes unintuitive. Albums are arranged allowing the latest at the top but are loaded in with the earliest first. Need to constantly refresh to bring up latest videos. Does not help that the device WiFi keeps dropping constantly when attempting to do this.
The app does not work. Unable to view ANY videos on my phone. Persistent error message "Something went wrong, Please try again later" is all I get. This app is garbage and makes owning a dash camera from AZDome pointless! Don't buy.
It works fine for me as intended. If you want to get the whole video which you can access, download a screen viewer to your phone and go back to your videos and play them along with your screen in record mode. That's what I do to access the videos and share them. And you really need a 128 GB memory card so you can record longer without any issues.
