First experience went bad. Money deducted but order was not confirmed. Pathetic app. You have to search location accurately to find right kiosk. It should be other way around. Just go to kiosk, scan, pay and get. Fraud app. The money never got refunded

Could not login at all. OTP never comes, no option to retry. Update : Now otp was sent. After placing the order and entering the code in kiosk, kiosk shows message to collect the item but the doors didn't unlock. I tried again with another order and pulled the door harder. Door was locked. App shows notification that order was delivered. How can it be delivered if door was never opened?

The app is not user friendly. Everytime you need to search the kiosk. It should have a option to add favourite kiosks location..Also, Most of the time essential items are out of stock and the frequency of replenishment is low it seems

A Nice Snack Delivery App It provides good sacks We can get our snacks at anytime on our convinience. Simplied UI helps to choose from various snacks and payment of price is so simple and need to go with 2 steps. All the mode of payments are acceptable except cash. Easy to took snacks from vending machine Quick update on our order status. Must have app. Need to have: Please have freezer kind of vending machine which can keep cold drinks, juices cool and chilled. So that drinks can be sold more.

Payments never happen. Even if it happens then the machine won't work and refunds oh I think they never heard of it. Not a good experience. Most of the time the things are not even updates. The machine remains empty but no one comes and place the goods. Plus they charge you for taking stuff by saying they have video proof but what about the money I have lost just before that because the machine did not open. Did they fail to check that in the "video recording".Want extra money but no refunds.

App is terribly made, products are rarely restocked, too many bug with vending system most of the time it doesn't work and I have to ask for refund which goes as azgo credits, I don't even get the item.

You guys have a long way to go. I downloaded the app, added money and tried to buy a chocolate shake from the kiosk in my office but never get one. The buttons on the kiosk never accepted the code.

I have ordered some snacks in my office by using this app but the order code is not working in the machine to get these items, getting message like network error 00, pls try again later. The amount has been deducted from my account but didn't get my ordered items. Have tried many times but no luck.

Horrible experience. Shows that items collected when we haven't collected. When they refund they give azgo credits forcing you to buy from their broken system instead of proper refund. Please stay away from this app.

I was not receiving OTP SMS, while trying to register. The development team has personally helped me out. It seems, there's some OTP SMS generation issue if the mobile number is registered with DND.

The app is easy to use. I am using it very frequently. They are keeping a good product mix as well. Overall I'm very satisfied with Azgo.

Amazing app with innovative thought of getting snacks in office in few seconds and amazing product assortment of food and drinks. love it.. keep it up guys.

Worst app...I made a payment and order did not get placed.. no order is showing in my current order...the customer service is even not responsive. If you can see this...please refund my money.

Lot of problems with their Vending Machine, It doesnt work most of the time.Even if you make the purchase using the app, there is no proper network connectivity due to which wont be able to take out the product from Vending Machine even after paying it upfront.

The worst company ever, they don't have any customer support, your money gets debited without delivering the product and the only way to reach out is dropping a message on app which is never responded. Please avoid using it

I got a bad impression on my very first order. The amount got deducted but when I entered the OPT, it says network issue. I have reported this to the support team. But no response yet.

Good for nothing, Used this app more than 3 months, For failed transaction need to follow up with team(for smaller amounts it will not be possible all the time). Few days before I have made 3 transaction in series 2 got failed (30+10), 3rd successful worth rs 10, so I have taken out 2 packets worth rs20, (actually I have paid rs50(30+10+10) ). After couple of days CBI officer called from Azgo, and he said you are taken one packet extra, we have video proof. But no response for my failed transac

I tried to purchase an item from this machine. the money got debited from my account . when i entered the code in machine it was loading forever and showing no network. When i tried to contact customer support no reply also. bad experience

Order not delivered, App says otherwise. I made an order, did not work because of network issue, after sometime when i checked, it said order already delivered. In the name of customer care, they just have a textbox where u can write ur issue, what will happen next god knows, they never came back. Money also gone without any resolution. Well done for bwing so customer friendly.

Application gives a very pathetic experience once you forget your password. I am facing issue in logins from past 2+ months and didn't find any support from them.

Very bad. I wanted to give it a try, and paid for ₹20. Even after my payment was successful. I didn't get my order. I might have tried more than 10 times..but still a no.

Password reset process is so tedious. All I did was to reset my phone and I can't sign in or sign up. Dev people, you never tested for this use case?

I am using this azgo app from last yr really it's awesome I never had a problem and the support team are vry good in resolving issues ASAP. Good choice of snack products too😍

The kiosk in our office have a network issue every alternate week. Worst part being the money deducted from a source lets say UPI is never returned to the same source, Rather is added as azgo credits which is pointless as well as shady business, Since you are practically imposed to buy again even if you don't need to.
