Terrible anxiety inducing experience. The transfer takes way too long with vague communications from support people. You can set the status as paid to their bank in their app, but the website version does not reflect this change. I scheduled a transfer when the conversion rate was good, but after a long delay they tell me that the original rate expired, which is not my fault at all. Thus I was forced to a lower rate to transfer my life savings. It's appalling they are still in business. WFZPBD
I used to love this app so much, because the exchange rate was so competitive. The app itself was so easy to use. But these past weeks it has been ridiculous. It doesn't allow instant transfer from a certain bank. So you had to do it manually, which too much trouble. I hope you could sort this out. Otherwise you're going to lose your customers due to your unfriendly app. Not good for customers that are not so techy.
sometimes the partner in the receiving country can delay, especially in weekends, but further the app is easy and fast. sharing information very convenient. Lately transfers seem to go much faster
The app is easy to use, but the service is beyond ridiculous. I really wouldn't recommend signing up to these guys. Where other money transfer organisations complete transactions within 2 hours, these guys take 24 hours and most the time cancel transactions...especially if you're using a voucher code, a voucher code they gave themselves for referrals. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time
Experiences started well. In 2021, by 2022 nothing landed on time, customer service always blamed partners asking for more info, but they (customer services) never contacted me for more info ! Only after days of seeing that my transfer had not cleared (in process) when I "reached out" to customer services would I be informed, "partner requires more info" ironically from who to who, when it was and is always from my bank in the UK to my overseas bank 🤦 now no more text space to tell you more 🙄
When I read about this app and saw that it supports 190 countries, it moved me to download it on playstore. And when I do, I tried to register, I only saw few countries and no African country is included from the registration section.
Money was instantly taken from my account but still said I needed to make payment even though the payment was made!! I have contacted the support so many times and have not heard a thing from them. Very appalling
Practically no customer support The app as such is ok. However, my account was closed by the Azimo Team without prior information. The money was taken from my account and now I need to wait for reimbursement. Micky Mouse Team... incompetent. Stay away.
Very slow and poor service. It is my second time to send money using this app. First they take out money and then its showing pending for many hours for reviewing by security team and then better option is cancel transaction and use other service. I recommend Remity because it takes only ten minutes to dilleverd.
Good App and services. But the recent Add a customer said to give me more than the £1 that came through on my email. I think it was £10. Not worth be sending any more links.
its a good app. but the invite incentive gotten so very low like 1euro... and exchange rate are not as good as before.

I wish I could rate 0 Stars. My last transactions are withheld for 24 hours pending approval or return. It's been 48 hours with no outcome. Still waiting for approval or a decent answer. Emails are slow to answer. Answers are not good enough and there is no phone number to actually call someone. I requested a cancellation of my outstanding orders and refund but still waiting for an answer. I just want my money back.
My last experience was so bad, I tried two times to do the same transfer and they told me that I need to pay two times for that after they cancelled the last transfer and I need to wait for almost 8 day that they give back my money
Been using this for a year and honestly most affordable, quick and easy way to send money to family and friends. Introduced the app to friends and family.
Great service. App makes It much quicker and easier. Easy to use, well laid out. on a side note, never had any problems. Except once, when I made a mistake, I spoke with an azimo person and was resolved quickly . Great app, great service.
What a terrible experience that I have to withdraw my previous 5 stars. I've been using Azimo for almost 4 months now and to my dismay, just yesterday they notified me to submit additional documents and I did. My previous transfer was paused but after submitting the document my transaction pushed through and the amount was already deducted from my bank account only to find out after 12 hours that they paused my transaction AGAIN. My Goodness gracious..
The app is working perfectly fine, but it would be much better if the transfer can really be processed instantly. So that the recipient could go and get the money instantly from the agent. Instead of waiting for processing time, because other money transfer companies transactions can be pick up immediately after the transaction is done. But it was not so with Azimo. Therefore Azimo need to fix this particular issue, thanks.
I would give them more stars but 5 is max. This is the best service I have found. With the covid pandemic it is hard to be with my loved one and kids, but Azimo is understanding and allows me to still support them. I can't stress enough how this is the best service when compared to other transfer apps. Every now and then one or two transfers fail, but I believe that is just part of life.
Used monthly, account was closed randomly. Try to contact customer support and it only reverts to the login page (which i cant log in to as the account was closed) essentially stuck in a loop. As a long standing customer, to be treated this way is not acceptable.
After used this app for a few years I need to say that currently Azimo have a very high fees and because of this I stopped to use it and find another way to send money abroad.
This is the worst money-transfer service that I've used.I've got 2 transfers cancelled without further explanation.This, of course, had a significant impact on the recipients.They offered me a $60 voucher because of the first issue and when I tried to use it for the second transfer, I got that one rejected too.Their customer service representatives reply as bots with predetermined replies. Now, 3 days after I initiated the transfer, I'm waiting for the refund.They said it could take up to 5 days
Suspended my card usage without prior notice or any explanation.have tried contacting your customer service but no help.ive been using azimo for over a year now and everytime you ask for a proof of my funds i always provide it so this is unacceptable.

Easy and cheap, but has gotten more difficult to use recently. No longer integrates with iDeal (cannot recognize that the banking app is installed) so I have to send money by bank transfer and it takes much longer now and no longer sends at the click if a button. Will probably start looking for a new app that does link with iDeal. But it has and continues to be a relaiable service to send money, so I don't want to bash them. App just used to be better.
