Very prone to crashing. Demands CPF number with no option given to say if you're brazillian. Very time consuming to use.
The application is pretty good and does what it needs to do. The infrastructure behind the application needs work. I got several transmission failures and was not able to check-in. Tried through the web front-end and got the same errors. So I'm surprised that an airline that should have reliability as their strongest feature can't keep they're system running all the time.
Could not put social only wants cpf,gear up for portuguese speaking people,having a hard time buying tickets through web site,could not find azul phone number from fort lauderdale
Scammers They don't let you prepay for the luggage on their website... There's always an error or the service is unavailable. They do that to overcharge you at the airport. I did some research and the internet is full of complaints about them.
There's a bug in the last version, this one does not allow my app to open.
The best app for those who need flexibility and agility managing itinerary changes ,flight changes , luggage and etc. I love it it saves my life.
An airline that wishes to be International in concept, but do NOT actually provide services in the other languages they wish to attract their new clients from the countries they fly to in the app! 😘 Their competition LATAM, GOL, etc. that are part of global alliance provide far superior service at the moment! I wish for Holiday Packages that include meals + airport transfers, with optional excursions.
Used to work but now it asks for tons of permissions and no longer works on my phone. I didn't even go to the main landing page.
Azul flies to the U.S. and back, so it should be available in English for international travelers. I speak Portuguese, but prefer my apps in English.
The app and website do not work. I have changed my password 3 times but it still gives an error (not authenticated). Worse experience ever.
No English. I understand italian and Spanish so i was able to get through the seat selection. When it asked for my credit card information, the thing demanded a CPF number which i obviously do not have since i am not Brazilian.
Terrible app! Doesn't work at all for internationals travel. Doesn't even list the airports. What a waste of time!
Recently, it started constantly to ask for permission to draw over other apps. Every time you open the app, it asks this and there's no reason for me to give this permission.

This app is useless, the server never connects, always saying that I don't have a internet connection even when um using the wifi.
App doesn't show the reservations, doesn't allow update profile, doesn't show flights available for points... I cannot understand the reason it exists.
Incredibly invasive permissions, asks to have your phone records, to use your camera, overlay on your screen. Uninstalled immediately.
Good, although the app work with offer and demand. Then prices are high/expensive on holidays.
It was solid until it came to pay for baggage. App basically doesn't work for anyone who doesn't have a CPF number.

Does a good job summarizing Azul airlines profile but recently it stopped working in my rooted device without any notice. While I understand why a bank would not run in a rooted device, an airlines flight summary requiring a device not being rooted is a misuse of root detection. For those with the same issues, just go to the newest magisk, go to settings and hide it. The app will work again. Update: it asks for a ton of unnecessary permissions so I reduced it to one star.
