App does not work. I tryed transfer points to stardust online. They deducted my points but never recieved in my account and took forever for somebody to even get back to me
I downloaded and installed the app. I can't even SIGN UP. Every time I have tried it gives the message that my information is incorrect. I am copying the number exactly as it appears on my card; it populated my email. I chose my username. What gives? I am about to Uninstaller as it is apparently COMPLETELY USELESS
Only shows points and my name. No details on booked room, booking a room shows nothing. Doesn't show offers either
I used to love this app. It was perfect and very user friendly. The update made things a little less user friendly but I was getting used to it. Unfortunately, I have no idea what happened but the app has refused to load for the last few days. When I click on the app, all I see is a blank white screen. I've cleared my cache, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still the same blank white screen. Very disappointing.
I have to reset my password every time I log in or it says my information doesn't match.
I am having the same issue of the actual app not allowing me to log in. It keeps saying my account has been locked and to hit the ok to connect with technical support 😒.. then it sits there not doing anything. I can log in if I go to my email and log in throug that. I use to be able to log in with no problem but now it's an inconvenience. Honestly it use to be very easy now it's not. I would have given it a 5 star before not anymore.

Can't login to app either. Keeps saying it can't find my info, even though I'm logged into the desktop site just fine. Reached out to support who just reset my password (which was unnecessary and not what I asked for) and now my entire account is locked out. Her response is "There are times when people have difficulty using the app on their phone. Sometimes their only able to use a desktop or laptop." What kind of response is that?? You need better support if that's what they're trained to say
App said my "Password" has Expired. Dont recall my other apps saying that. Tried to change "Password" following steps. App won't send "Verification Number" to Change Password. App UNUSABLE cause I can't Sign In. Sent in issue to Tech Support, but NO response. Not sure Tech Support is functioning cause of this COVID mess. Tried Unstalling and Installing again. Nothing. Can't do anything until Verification # is sent. PLEASE SEND #!!!
I absolutely love the Bconnected App. EXCEPT for the fact that just about everytime I try to use Boyd Pay, it always says ERROR SOMETHING WENT WRONG TRY AGAIN LATER. EDIT I Already have boyd pay set up. I have been able to use it a few time but theres more times when it always come back with an error.
Wish i could taste a negative 10 stars on this retarded useless app. What's the point of having it if boyd is just gonna lock the account and say contact technical support? How about simply not releasing the app until it works properly? Sorry, incompetent, useless waste of space. And on to of all that i was never credited my promotional credits. Beyond irritated. Uninstalled!
Locked account....no support! I try and sign in to the app and I get a notice my account is locked and I need "technical support" but there is nothing that says how to get technical support. I can sign in on the web site but not the app. It would be good if when they give this notice that they also supply a contact to get support!

I rather not even rate this stupid app. It deserves a "0". I tried to download the app & create an account for myself & my grandmother, but it keeps saying info doesn't match or account already exist. It eventually locked me out & advised to basically get assistance.. They keep advertising to download this app, while the damn app is broken! 🙄😏🤔😡 I was able to register mine online though..🤔🤨
Used to be great but it never lets me log in anymore. It always says, " experiencing technical difficulties." Please don't tell me to reach out, I'm not going to do that, Just fix the app! Obviously, from your reviews, I'm not the only one who is having issues.

I like playing with B Connected app. It has some great games. Also like to have because it keeps me informed of my promotions and I can make reservations or cancel online find out all the info I need to in just a moment. Love it.
Internal error keeps popping up and it's not showing me my updated rewards for may and June. The app use to run pretty smoothly until the last update.
Tbisapp keeps me up to date with my points, promotions, and free rewards. Perfect for on the go types, presses in planning by booking food,lodging in advance. Great app A+ rating
I finally got it to open but it's not a smooth transition at all trying to book room etc.. It shows offers but then goes to screen that I cant see to book rooms.
Every time I go to log in on the app it tells me the sever is down try again later. Well I've been trying for over a year.
Just like most review on here I cannot log in to my account. Have tried to reset my password w zero success. It probably doesn't help that I have 2 different account numbers. Please help! All I want to do is update my info and reset my password. I've tried on multiple devices but have yet to receive a reset email. Not sure wht else I can do. It's an inconvenience to be lured into downloading an app only to find out tht it doesn't even function properly.
