I remember an older version of this app which I think was a tad bit easier to navigate. I think they should include certain ingredients in the app. Like, what's in secret sauce? Is that vegan safe? Otherwise a useful app. Great, wholesome food. I do like that they added pick up times. So you can decide when you want your food to be available for pick up.

Good, healthy, affordable food but typically very slow, bad service in the restaurant (Longwood) and glitchy app that often doesn't let you use promotions you have. App orders are almost never ready to pick up within 20 minutes. You have to hound the staff to get the order that was supposed to be ready to pick up.

Great app for the most part....but, app crashes after placing your order. The still order does go through, if you view on the website after (which I may as well place it on the actual website then) and does remove the funds from your account. If you go back to the app, it says it still needs to be paid for, so dont duplicate your order! If this continues, Ill be deleting the app.

orders are consistently done accurately and on time. however, this app has been through many revisions, and not always for the best. when placing my order today, i was not allowed to preview the contents of my virtual basket before hitting submit. the menu itself also seems to be in a long term state of flux.

The restaurant is amazing and the customer service is so helpful, and go above and beyond to help the customer. The food is awesome, and it makes eating out as a vegetarian so much easier because this restaurant cares about no cross- contamination, which means you know your food is actually vegetarian or vegan. I have to say that the eggplant meatballs are the best things I've ever eaten in my life, ( they even rival my Italian grandfather's meatballs, but you didn't hear that from me lol!)

In a word: unreliable. I've been charged for meals twice, my rewards only show up half the time, and the app crashes often. I only keep the app for scanning when in cases I'm dining in, would not recommend it for ordering takeout. Use their website!

Checkout process is error prone. Pops up with an ad for extra sides, you mash no thanks, and then there's the place order button right there where your finger was. No way to cancel the order either without calling the store. Please have a better confirmation screen and a very short (even 30 seconds) cancellation window.

In one word: Inconsistant. I order the same thing every time and every time I am charged a different price. Check your order if you get take out because more times than right, they have gotten my order wrong. They also use to offer a combo, but you would have to specifically ask for it or they will charge for each individual item up to $15. Now they "don't have a combo." One last thing, they think it is acceptable to give you charcoal burnt food.😷

I had a BOGO entree and free smoothie on the old app and it wouldn't let me redeem them without upgrading to this app and now they are gone. I was also signed up for the monthly drawing and I'm sure that has disappeared as well. I am not happy about this.

im sorry but I hate the new app. i miss being able to send freebies to friends and i don't like the points system - it feels really impersonal and no longer like a hometown vibe. biggest pain is that the app regularly starts itself on my phone. i dont want to uninstall because i do want to keep using it for online ordering, but its a pain... please fix so i can go back to telling folks how amazing b.good was!

I have been very disappointed in bgoods recently. They overcharged me and I told the cashier, she said she gave me a credit and my credit card bill came and they never gave me a credit! I went back and explained to the manager what happened. She said no problem she will have it corrected and took the receipt and all my information, I never heard back. My app has been deleted and I am unable to reinstall on my device. My wife's app has not worked in months. She emailed them with no response.

Won't let me use my rewards, and keeps trying to say that my local store is closed. I had deleted the app when they launched the new version last spring and decided to come back and give it another shot. Really wish I would be able to use my rewards. Guess I just won't be eating at B.Good until these issues are fixed.

Super buggy and unreliable. Won't let me place orders, randomly crashes and resets the order, doesn't let me add rewards I've earned to my order. This app actually makes me less likely to eat at bGood because of how unpleasant it is to use.

Worst launch of new app ever. Old app would not update. Reinstalled old, installed new. Now I'm in a loop of trying to make my login stick. On every launch of the new app, I'm prompted to verify account and create a new password. Not to bothered: all stores show as "closed. " Fire the developer and get your money back. From them.

Good food and prices. Excellent portions and attention to details. Rewards are a bit confusing and most are expired which adds to the effort required to efficiently take advantage of reward offers. Not a big deal but worth mentioning

The app is fine but the food has been going down in quality and quantity. Also, the logistics are atrocious. The employees are generally well-meaning and polite, but the place looks constantly understaffed for the volume.

I downloaded this app & automatically received a free order of fries. I placed an order for a grain bowl & within a few days received a gift of a few salads/bowls to get for free. I picked that up & then received a gift of a free winter seasonal item for free with purchase! I have never gotten so many rewards from an app for just being a normal customer! I LOVE this place & their generosity!

Unfortunately this app is not as good as the first app. I eat at Bgood alot. often multiple times a week. Since upgrading I lost my visits and was unable to get credit for visits i made while they were fixing issue with Android recently.

This app worked a total of 2 times and it was slow at best when it did. I finally decided to uninstall then re-install. Now the app just keeps closing. This app is such a waste of my time which is contrary to the fact that it is supposed to SAVE me time. Big FAIL.

For some reason the app has logged me out of my account, wont recognize my password, and the reset password function is broken. When I try to log out as a guest it tells me I already have an account, so I can't do that either. The app used to be great, but is now completely unusable.

App opens by itself, over any other app. Seems to be anytime I receive an email from B.Good. Creepy and not useful 'feature', uninstalling. A shame, since the other new updates to the app made it much more useable and stable.

I loved having this app until it upgraded and logged me out. It required me to enter all my personal information again, but the app crashes every time I try to change my birthday (it defaulted to 2017 and wont let you register unless your 13) so basically it's useless now.
