Thanks for fixing the problem, I learnt I needed a reset with the purchase of a new handset, went to branch and was sorted. From a security perspective, it is a good feature so no one clones my app and logs on. Thanks
What's wrong with this App after doing update,all the time your phone is not connected or your device cannot support the app. It's high time the bank sort out the mess.
I was encouraged long time to download the app and avoid the inconvenience of heading to the bank. I hate the idea of receiving messages that the online banking isn't functioning. Currently the app is totally disappointing.
The App has never worked for me ever since the upgrade and new pin change! It can't even launch in my phone!!!, I haven't changed my phone and am just wondering what I should ever do to have it work for me!!!
The up is awesome but only if you could transfer money through mobile money transfer and it shows you the name of the person you send the money to before sending rather than showing only the mobile number it could be much better.
The App has been Updating for 2 weeks. Tried to get your Customer Service assistance but all in vain. Now...I'm stranded. Please explain what the problem is with the App Upgrade.

Lousy app indeed. The UI is absolutely unimaginative. Then they charge to even see your transactions? Disappointed is an understatement! I am revulsed!
Sometimes non responsive. Only displays word TITLE and on/off icon. Very annoying.
Its messed me up for the 3rd time now. It needs work. i can't even send myself my own money. pesa link, bank to bank all messed up. so frustrating
Used to work on my first phone. After changing, it doesn't work, it say it cannot on this phone.... So disappointing...
The app keeps on hanging, tells me there is no internet every goddamn time... 10/10 would not reccomend. Also u cannot confirm who u sent money to straight from the app

Good afternoon, You should not charge your clients 12KES just for viewing account balance. Many other Mobile banking apps can display the account balance without any charge.
The app is so bad, every time I try to use it says i don't have internet,for the past 1week no activity,now imagine if im in emergency and i need money ASAP.

Bank of Africa and its services are always poor their app included. Keeps on failing during withdrawals cant depend on bank africa. Simply disaster
Updating this app from the goggle play store can even cost you the whole day,it is hectic.

Horrible app. Always locks accounts. Then "visit your branch" nonsense. It also regularly hangs. I've been unable to use it today at all. And when it hangs, you cannot exit. Plus, you pay for everything including a mere balance check. Horrid.
