It's annoying that you have to first select a line, and only after that you can purchase a ticket. This system wastes time and is also useless. Why not use the phone's NFC in order to emulate a phisical card and allow top-up of money on the user's account, regardless of which line or how many tickets he wants? This is the fastest and most useful for business as well, since you will also know at which stop the user taps his phone on the validator for analytics purposes.
Typical app made by some company who somehow got the contract to make this app with the worst UX I've seen in a while. Useless menus that do the same thing but in a bit different way. The back phone button closes the app. The red color over all is disturbing. Maybe it's good for a tourist who would use this for a week...
The Good: you can buy a ticket valid for an hour. The Bad: you can't buy a number of -say- 10 tickets from which you then activate one or two or as many as you needed. The Ugly: paying with dc or cc on the vehicles is possible only on newer vehicles. When you see an older coming you need to go through the process of buying, but even for ridiculous amounts you need to go through the entire bank verification procedure. Bah!
Easy to use. The only annoying part is that you have to search a line to buy a ticket, but that is STB's fault: a ticket is valid per line, not for an amount of time (like 50 or 90 minutes). Strangely, the application isn't still officially announced, even though it works and payment is accepted
You cannot add directly a card in the app. You need to select a ticket and to proceed to checkout in order to add the card. Not the best UX.. The good part is that you have 60 min available when you buy a single ticket..better than the current card system where you need to validate each time you get on a line, even if it's the same line.
Stupid app. You cannot use it as wallet for your tickets. I just bought 10 tickets that will expire in one hour, and I can't even get my money back. It's a hustle. The tickets sre not available 1 hour after activation, but 1 hour after purchase. You better pay with your credit card in the bus, than lose money in the app.
This app is either developed by amateurs or scammers. The 60 min availability of the hourly ticket starts decreasing right after buying the ticket, even if you don't active it. If you would activate the ticket 20m after buying it, you will only have another 40m availability. Which means you have to buy it right when entering the bus if you really want to benefit of the entire timeframe. And don't forget to also active the ticket, otherwise it's not valid! Even though the timer is already running
The app works. It allows you to buy tickets for Bucharest buses, trams and trolleys with your card online. You have to select the line, buy the ticket(s) and activate them. The only downsides are that you can't yet add a card before buying tickets and that I think you can't buy more tickets beforehand. Still, does its job and works fine.
Poorly designed. Your tickets expired in 60 minutes after you buy it, not after you activate them. It forces you to buy them right before you go, otherwise they expire and they cannot be used anymore.
Not intuitive at all, difficult to use and not user friendly. U cannot buy single bus ticket for one journey.
This app lacks the feature to have favorite lines in order to buy tickets faster. It could be a great improvement.
I really hope they would implement the app permanantly. It was really helpful to have an alternative to a physical ticket.
A good alternative for buying bus tickets, the app works fine if you know how to read, its a shame that the project ended. I read the comment and its funny that most of the people cant read the announcement that appears when you oppen the app which tells its not usable anymore
Not being able to introduce my card after first login, the red is killing my eyes and for the Bucharest traffic one hour is not useful, it can expire on one trip only :) it would have been better to activate the trip... What if my ticket expires during the trip?...
You can't register cards before a first purchase is made. For single tickets, you need to specify the line number and the trip starts at the moment of aquisition (meaning you can't buy tickets in advance)
Why does the project ended....this was something good and usefull....buying tickets from kiosk is a pain in the back,all the sales reps talk to you like you bother them from their important game on the phone, also, usually you can't pay with your credit card because the sistem is down 90% of the time...
App worked for a short period, but recently it gives an SDK error when I open the "Hourly trips" section. So at the moment, I can't purchase any tickets. Error code is: SDK_100. I'll try to attach a screenshot
Finally!! I personally don't care about UX, as long as does the job right. Was a pain in the a*s to take the public transport in Bucharest.
Awkward and antiquated like most Romanian endeavours, but at least better than queuing at the STB stalls. If you need to change the bus during the 60 min you need another ticket, which is plain ridiculous
You are able to only buy a day pass witch is 8Lei,well i am not a tourist of Bucharest,i live and work here and i want to be able to buy JUST ONE TICKET witch is 1.3Lei....so yeah,the app is good only for tourist's.
SDK error when trying to buy a ticket. The tickets expire in 60 minutes, after they are bought, not when activating them.
It could be better... Single trip tickets expire in 60 min so can't be bought in advance... Why the app request the line no when I buy the ticket instead when I activate the ticket ?
Interesting app But I found a bug.. In "Multiple" Mode, it doesn't go over 1! That's why I rated 4 stars.
One of the worst apps ever. Keeps forgetting my login details, and not saving my credit card also.
Horribly coded application.Cannot select any type of pass. I'm getting an SDK error. Not surprised though since we're talking about Romanian local administrations. 🤷
You can't even put your card details in the app, so you can't buy tickets. This is made by amateurs or something. Very stupid and useless app.
Dear Lord, who thought of the usecases?Please hire an actual ui/ux person and also gather all of the feedback from users and implement them.This app has potential but is really not user friendly
The trip validity interval for 1 line should start from the activation time, not from the purchase time. This is not correct!
Lacks the ability to recharge physical stb card. Will give 5* if it will do that :) website sucks
no option to add tickets to favorites, tickets need to be activated in order to be valid, but expire 60mins after buying them regardless of activation, the ticket options/names are all bi-lingual even though the app has a language switch option... feels like it wasn't designed / thought out from an actual user's point of view, more like we need to have these things, just put them in. the app's existence is a step in the right direction, but still needs work. Also, that red is burning my eyes.
