This app is very extremely convenient- specially for checking balances & doing (internal) account to account transfers, paying bills, etc. Its also incredibly easy to use! Although it doesnt offer quite as many features as are available with mobile banking, it does offer a link to the bank's website where you can quickly log on. From there, you can complete probably 90% of all banking tasks you may have.
Love the app however for some reason after getting gas at the pump or going to McDonald's or anything like that the charge will show up as pending, check the account a day the pending charge disappears and any funds that were set aside for the pending purchase go back to your available balance and that has screwed me over three times now. This has happened with every version/update with the app. An atm gives the correct balance though. That problem needs to be fixed

I wish that this app allows you the option to touch on an transaction and it opens up to give you information about a transaction that was made. I also wished that it had Zelle so that money can be sent and received from different people like other banking company's. I also wish that as soon as you use your card without you pin number that it sends you an update from the app letting you know that the card was used and from the placed that it was used and for the amount.I like the bill pay option
App would be great the only thing that it's missing is the option to disable your card when u are not using it. This option would really help to keep your customers from having their cards compromised
Easy to navigate and access
Good app. Would be rather useful if I could make transfers to and from outside accounts. Making that an option would benefit us members. Also the hold time on mobile deposits is ridiculous. I understand 2-3 days but 2 weeks??? This has deterred me from using the option a second time.

App no longer does anything. Enter credentials, hit login, nothing. Pointless. It worked well for months and they had to go and screw with it.
Lisa was very helpful and great customer service. Don't find that very often with patience and great personality.

The overall experience is great but when I tried to do a check deposit it never goes through.

I would have giving ya'll 5 stars but my amount to take money off is low. Which means when I pay my rent I have to take some off one day and get the money order the next. Not to mention I have been banking here for years

Total garbage. Nothing but trouble for 8 years now. From Friday until Sunday it will show you some but not all of your charges but Monday all of them are gone and it shows you still have all your money. You CANNOT trust this app from Friday night to Monday midday. Finally after noon it may finally right itself. Unless you have enough money to not care you don't want this trash. I wish zero was an option.
