Very bad experience, item not delivered, ordered two weeks ago. They told me the delivery date shown in the application (next day) was only indicative. When they finally called me to deliver the product, they requested a higher price.
Very bad application the available credit on the app is correct i did a mini cash purchase within the limit shown in the app and it has been declined by the management cause i don't have enough credit And it is not about the application even the call center very bad communication didn't meet any skilled agent in my 11 days
You should rebrand and change your name from "Btech" to "BeHere", cause you're not a tech company and your app doesn't deliver before at least a month, I even had to waste a full day once to pickup a home delivery order 3 weeks after the delivery date because I already paid using my card. A total waste, I used to trust Btech untill I used this app, and now I'll never deal with them again.
Terrible online service I paid twice for a product and it was delivered late and defected and I discovered that it had no guarantee from the agent. Now, I have an issue for a defected product with no guarantee and no return back. Also, I paid twice the price. I don't recommend this company.
Very bad experience.. i cant receive otp to register in the app. Because its delivered after 3 minutes although the counter on app. Is cout for 30 seconds only 😀
Very bad experience via online services and the call center is so rood and unprofessional at all They changed the price after deduction from the credit card,there is no receipt has been sent with the item and the deleviry time was unbelievable (a month to deliver the item)
The worst online shopping experience ever, I believe with big name as B.Tech you shouldn't do online unless you are sure you are able to deliver this service. Promo code was not working, hotline couldn't fix it, had to order and lose the promo code. Received 4 calls from 2 different couriers claiming that they will do the delivery. For 1 week I kept receiving calls from both couriers in addition to BTech that delivery will be within 48 hours but till now nothing was received.
The online shopping through the app is like a scam no product will be delivered cash or instalments, the order twice was no delivered with no clear reason from the call center. Many users had experienced same thing and they even will automatically reply to this message to contact them @ FB Careless team with no real management team. Again take care its scam
This is the worst experience I have had, online purchase from this application is the worst experience( apple watch series7 ) and lack of professionalism from customer service and lack of respect for the appointments that you say,, and you put pressure on customers to cancel their order in order to sell the product i requested for the Apple Watch Series 7 at a new price,,, and that is why I canceled the order, and if anyone takes my opinion, I will tell him about what happened
Very bad customer service, payment collected without receiving product and cancelled the order without refund , alot of complaint and no answer and they didn't have QC and alot of corruptions 😕
Worst customer service,not caring about customer at all,even when they rated me as a class "a" customer. Really will not deal with them any more.

The worst app ever. Each update is a downgrade to be honest. The customer service on chat ignore ur msgs . Choose area in the city is not working. Each customer service agent say different thing Has to call tons of times and at the end nthg happened at all, I believe the calls I've done costs me more than the order that I was ordering and in the end I didn't receive anything and no one followed up wz me.
Never buy online from this app!! The worst (online cash on delivery) customer service ever!!!.. . All stuff and I mean all including managers are simply not professionals at all. No delivery on timing and when you make a complain they just cancel the order. I went to a main store and that's all. By the way if they ever said they will call you back (it's a lie) they are all!
The worst online shopping experience we have ever had!!! This has happened 3 times! Don't buy from btech online! Delay after delay followed by order cancellation even after they called and said the product was on its way! Terrible! This rating is for the online shopping experience not the app itself.
The app does not allow users to rate their transactions and products not to mention that the delivery takes way too long compared to other online shopping apps. I ordered a product and what they delivered to my was entirely different and when I contacted them they said that its not their problem and I should contact the vendor.
Worst application ever. I don't recommend anyone to use it a lot of bugs and restarting.. big name and worst app
The app lags a lot. You should never pay with Visa. It took me 22 days to refund an unsuccessful order using Visa. It also cost me an everyday call to customer service and was a major waste of time and effort. 22 days and I was wondering why I never received the order or even refunded the money. I had a really bad experience and I would never try again to deal with B.Tech.
