Used to be a decent (allbeit simple) free app to use with a B'TWIN turbo trainer. Just finished setting up for the winter to find out, that i cannot even connect (unable to receive some "tokens" from kimomap?). Did they just close the taps on this or what? I'm really struggling to find anything else compatible with my setup now... Very disapointed.
It is impossible to use. The remote display works for only 5 minutes. It then disconnects. The worst part is you have to exit your activity and then a new activity is created. So, I can't even view my cumulative stats. To complete a 20 min ride, you'll have to create 4 seperate rides. It is so frustrating!!!
Crashes a lot. Speeds don't match most of the times. Connection issues. Syncing issues. The customer care is very good - prompt. But the product itself is poorly crafted and not really usable.
Can't even login anymore with my Decathlon account that works just fine on the Decathlon card app (2 different android phones and an iPad)! And last winter, although I could login and synch with Strava, the videos would freeze... Probably one of the worst Android apps I've ever used.
Unable to get beyond the log in page. Keep going round in circles, unusable as it is, was good before latest fixes. Have tried changing my password and uninstalling the app, still no luck. Very disappointed.
App crashes frequently. Login with my decathlon account, then the app tries to go to home page and then returns back to login page.... And same error repeats. Was able to use the app for a week then this trouble started
Had some problems at first, but after I contacted support desk they were very helpful in resolving my issue. Now I can take full advantage of all the features available. Very useful for indoor cycling.
Rubbish update again Decathlon - can't log in with this new update. Why do you make it so painful. It gets worse - this is now a subscription only app where they don"t even warn you before kicking you off. Terrible communicators and awful experience. AVOID
There is no option to sync your training done via interval mode. Also one cannot train beyond 2hrs through interval training mode. I did a 2 hrs ride today and its not showing in activity session. Kindly help
You need to log in each time, it's can recognise the B'Twin s&c sensor but after than can do anything with it. Basically this apps for me seems to be total useless
Can you add USA to countries when making an account? Edit: Just checked again. The first screen where you sign up. Turkey. Ukraine, Vietnam. Took a screenshot, but I can't upload it here.
Easy to use, some great rides, get a big screen to do some of the rides justice. Rarely have I had any issues 100+ rides completed.
Enjoyed the app for 2 weeks, but after the next week I can't open the app. Tried to re-install but same problem occurs.
Support is awesome, even though I have the free app they responded quickly and informed me about the problem.
Whoever made this app should change the start part because it doesn't work you stupid app maker. If you don't change it that means your an absolute garbage
The connection with the sensors is patchy and inaccurate. Too many bugs

Useless. Connection gets cuts and can't login after.
Can't get set up. Continuing error message as well as not allowing me to select my date of birth
Will not open up. Enter email and password tries to open then goes back to enter password page again.

This is.... an error occured to get the Kinomap acces token. Any advice????
Full of issues. Firstly the remote connection with laptop is lame. It just doesn't work and the app keeps crashing. Secondly, the workouts dont get saved. After hours of hardwork, its gone...no proof nothing. Video workouts - at 292 watts and 114 cadence, it shows a speed of 7kmph!!! Seriously! And worse, the Btwin sensors dont work with any other app or garmin watch. So stuck with Kinomap! Pretty sad offering and waste of money. The ONLY way is to throw the item in the bin.
