B1Bank Mobile Banking

This App is awful. If I could give zero stars I would. It never loads and is NOT user friendly. Our previous bank,which was bought by this one, had a much better app. We have had nothing but problems with this. The ONLY way I can check my account is by going through a search engine. Even then the website is not user friendly and is prehistoric with its functions. Bring back the software from Pedestal Bank, the bank you took over.

This app is terrible. It takes days for certain deposits and credits to show. I sometimes have to do the math manually to see my true balance. The reason I have online banking is so I don't have to worry about keeping a check ledger. This needs to be addressed. The issues have gotten worse over time.

This app will hardly ever work like it's supposed to. Almost every time I try to log in it just gives me an error and says my connection is bad. Whether I'm on wifi or on cell service, it says this. Everything else works on my wifi or cell service but this app.

I only gave it a star to comment. I am not able to use the mobile check deposit, I've talked to customer service and told them how the app distorts the pictures and making it impossible to read. They sent the pictures to tech, and nothing was fixed. I can't deposit my check and its really frustrating.

After an upgrade, the background and over all look was changed. It took 2 months for me to access the app. The customer service at the tunnel blv location in houma Louisiana is rude and condescending. The young lady who told me my check should be deposited on a Friday afternoon when I asked her, specifically, to cash & deposit the check, requires extended customer satisfaction follow-up training. Thin, blond.

Would be zero stars if that rating was possible. Had it about 2 weeks and cant get app to work today. Keep getting message to visit app store and upgrade. Tried uninstalling to get upgrade but all to NO AVAIL! *Enhancements and bug fixes* is a real joke! Need to get a dictionary and look that up!

I had a question about the way my account appeared (balance not showing, only transactions), so I submitted my question via app. 15 minutes later I got a notification for a message in the app. I log back in and my balance is now showing. Awesome customer service!!!

This app SUCKSSSS!!! The previous app was awesome before B1Bank bought out Pedestal. But this app stays with issues. It doesnt load up to let me log in unless i either delete it and re-install it, or clear all data and force stop it through settings, or even have to restart my phone. Yea this app is terrible.

The log in screen doesn't show any characters. I cannot see anything I type nor can I see any other text such as on "buttons" or messages.. had this app since the merger and have never been able to log in!

App doesn't work most days and I have never been able to use the mobile deposit.

Love the app. BUT, lately the fingerprint sign in hasn't worked very well. Have to go out 1 or 2 times to work OR if that doesn't work, sign in the old fashioned way. #spoiled #please fix Thanks

Worst bank. I have auto setup for my loan payment once their is an issue with website and they were not able to deduct the payment and they charged me late fee for that. Even they know that its problem at their end.

My app was working fine until this morning. To sign in it told me I needed to upgrade. Did the upgrade now every time I try to use the app it still says I need to upgrade. Tried Uninstaller and reinstalling. Still does the same thin. Now I can't check my account!!

The app has the option to deposit checks, however the option does not actually work. It constantly tells you that "you need to have the app to access that option." What? I hsve been trying to deposit from the app.

App sucks, I have to call to change my password constantly. How come I can't reset it on an app or answer security questions to log back in. Makes no damn sense to always have to change my password. Thinking about going back to synergy bank for this reason. I work offshore and can't always call. And there is no one to call on weekends.

Does not update the transactions quickly or correctly. Its almost impossible to know how much money I have in the bank.... PLEASE update the app! *Update* A year later and now the app doesn't open most of the time. Horrid.

The camera is seriously messed up! You CANNOT do mobile deposits with this app because of the distorted picture it takes. Never had a problem with Pedestal (the app I had before B1 Bank took over).

Very poor. Never wants to open on the app, and I have to check my account with my laptop. I loved my old bank that was bought out by this one. Thinking about switching.

After having the app since they changed our bank for a couple of months it does not allow me to log in unless I uninstall and install the app back. It needs alot of work.

If I could give this crappy app less than 0 stars, I would. Unreliable loading, at best, at worst (like over the past 2 weeks) the damned app hasn't worked AT ALL.

Love the app! It remembers my username and all I have to do is put in my password. So much easier than going through all the extra steps that so many other apps require.

This app sucks!! It directs me back to the playstore in update. I did that. Rebooted my phone. It still only sends me back to the playstore. I'm looking into other banks today. B1 is not user friendly!!!

I agree with most of the other reviews, it was much better when it was Pedestal bank app, can't even open it today, says it needs to be updated, went on play store, updated, and still says I need to update.

Aggrevating as hell. There was nothing wrong with old app. I should have the choice to choose rather than being forced to upgrade. Makes me wanna switch banks

Didn't allow me to log in after updating ... To fix this uninstall the app and reinstall! Well it worked for me on the first attempt! Back to being an awesome app!! 👍

Cannot see transactions in a timely manner. As of lately I cannot even see my balance. I check my account daily and it is how I keep up with my balances. Please fix.

Absolutely never loads unless I delete the app and reinstall it but then it only works once maybe twice if I'm lucky. I was better off before B1 bought out pedestal bank.

It works but it's kind of confusing as far as the transfer from pedestal bank and not being clear on certain information.

Most terrible online banking experience ever. Takes forever to load. Sometimes goes an hour before I can get in. Will soon be switching banks.

I cannot pull the website up. The circle just continues. I've uninstalled many times and installed again. Nothing changes.
