BA Financial Calculator

Great tool. My "Brick and Mortar" one is 21 years old. The buttons often jam, and often have to be pressed more than once to work properly. This functions as a charm, easier mechanically and I have not found any bugs yet. Further, the lighting from the screen is magic to my eyes, because I need strong lighting to see the crysal led on my TI one. I completed CFA program 20 years ago this year, and I still use this calculator. TY.

I used HP12C for mortgage calcutions. This one does not show payments. After I insert PV. interest. ,& number of years. Not sure why. Hard to use without instructions. Perhaps it is great calculator. Does not work for me.

I calculated mortgage payment with my hand held BA II PLUS ADV. I calculated the same information w this app. App was incorrect each time. Not useful for RE calculations

Easier to have on my phone than have my calculator on me all the time! Update: After using the app for a few weeks I decided to pay for the pro version just because it is so convenient. Since I just started accounting classes I am still getting to know the calculator and I find if I get something wrong, it's my error and YouTube videos help a lot when learning how to use the calculator. I highly recommend this app, works great for me so far.

wow! literally the same as financial calculators that -certain- companies have been charging exorbitant amounts for, now in app form.

Easy and simple, works like the real deal. My only feedback is that the haptic feedback of touching a key ca be a little stronger. Please see if you guys can add a stronger vibration to confirm the press of a key.

Very useful for the beginners for learning without investing 40-50 grands. 👍

The trial version respond time too slow when pressed button. I think because of the adds. I purchased the paid version and it's totally worth it. $1!

I could not figure out how to use it, after I opened this app. I preferred using scientific calculator built in on my phobe

CE|C doesnt work as it should. It erases all values only tapped once

Video ads with sound on a calculator? Very annoying when trying to work. Going to try an ad-less free alternative before buying the pro version of this, if necessary.

It would be perfect if calculation doesn't stop at 10th digit. There are lots of space left on othe left hand side of the display. Would it be possible to add more digits in the pro version?

Great graphics, I'm trying to get to settings to disable the key press vibrations. I will do some complex computations and see.. Good stuff, looks so real

This app is great however it doesn't let you calculate dates further back to the 1940's

I like it. It does the job of calculating all the values I want the answer for, e.g. years to reach goal, interest rate to reach goal, how much I need to be financially independent, etc. I know the concepts. The formula helps quantify them.

Worked perfectly for my university finance course and saved me fifty bucks. The learning curve with financial calculators can be a little steep, but that is not the app's fault. Google was able to guide me through learning to use this calculator with the same instructions for TI calcs.

Fantastic recreation of the original - only 1 problem: It's so simple and accurate to the real calculator that I can't figure out how to pay them to remove ads!

As a CFA and CAIA Charterholder this calculator is exactly what I was after! One thing if you could please fix is the decimal places. If you set the decimal places to 9 (2nd, Format, 9) it should show a floating decimal point not 9 decimal places.

Your results are not accurate. Can you check please. My friend using Samsung s10 with the same app provides the correct answer

I am trying to change the calculation method to CHN I checked it first by press (2ND)(FORMAT)(UP ARROW) it is VIB , so I tried to change it to CHN method By press (2ND)(SET) I only found other method like AOS and VIB but I can't find CHN

I couldnt calculate the present value according to the formula. I fill all nunbers given but when I press 2nd and PV, it always shows PV = 1000. Kindly help me with this. Thank you

App is fantastic. Does everything that the BA does, just like the BA does it, and you don't have to carry an extra calculator.

Works exactly as described. Turn the wifi/mobile data off and it's ad-free!
