BA Financial Calculator Free

I've been using the TI BA II Plus Pro for many years. IMO it is the best of the financial calculators. I like the app although I only use it when I don't have my real calculator with me. I've noticed that when I try to use the parentheses the app kicks me out and I have to reload it. Other TVM functions seem to work OK, as does the date and %change and Amortization and uneven CF

I am doing a CFP course and have found this calculator very helpful while I'm trying to learn how to calculate basic formulas. The book, "How to Solve Time Value of Money" was very helpful also. There are lots of other helpful resources online and youtube videos that can show you how to perform more complicated functions with this exact calculator, Texas BA II Pro. I do need an actual calculator for the exam though as no mobile devices are allowed. This is my favourite financial calculator app. :)

For example if I need to elevate a number and Use Yx it would not allow me to make it a decimal.

Generally OK for a free service but crashes constantly and looses the input data. One thing I can't figure out is why I can't use the power function for fractions (1.1 to the power 1.1). Major disadvantage!

Hi..so far it's been a month of using this calculator and I am impressed with its function. The issue I face in calculating NPV uneven cash flows I.e I am not getting the correct values after many tries. Other TVM functions working fine.

Crashes way to often...cant even use the brackets without it crashing. Also lacks simple instructions like how to store numbers to memory. Other functions seem to work well

Easy to use. Very similar to the actual TI BAII. Amortization schedule doesn't give the balance, it does give the correct interest and principal amounts though.

It worked fine at the start. Now it's unusable, force closes way too often

very unstable keeps crashing all the time. Very difficult to use due to its defects . I wanted to use it as temporary solution until buying actual calculator but now I am uninstalling this app

Not fully functional. Won't compute interest rates on any bond related problems

If I enter a PV first, it takes it. However if I'm doing a problem, and plug in the PV after say N, it crashes. Please fix

Frequent video ads pop up when starting app and while working. Impossible to use add supported version.

Whenever i try to compute population/sample standard deviation i.e on entrying data and trying to put calculator into stats mode, it kicks me out and have to reload it. Even after reloading, that particular functionality doesn't work.

A very useful app. But it keeps crashing when I go to stats mode. Please resolve the issue

The app crashes in between calculations. As a result one has start from scratch again and again. Request the team to find a fix for the mentioned issue.

It quite resembles the BA II calculator, but the latter costs like $50. This one works so far so good.

The app does not compute I/Y correctly. There's too much rounding up in the operations functions.

It does not even work. I cannot set Cf0 to a value greater than 999,999 lol. On a top of that loaded with ads. I am uninstalling this junk.

Doesn't calculate correctly. I ended up buying a BB II Plus and inputting the same calculations with success.

App is decent but the ads are extremely annoying. Especially the video ads with sound enabled as default. It comes on and disrupts my entire class

Every time I click compute and payment, the app crashes. Which makes the whole app kind of useless.

I am very forgetful when it comes to class, this app is very useful as I'll always have my phone with the emulator on it. It's conventient and works like the real thing. Few minor bugs.

A good resemblance to the real BA calculator. I really want to love it but it is really very buggy and that's frustrating…

Same setup as BA 2 plus which is cool but crashes when performing statistical functions (2nd function, STAT)

When I attempt to calculate TVM it crashes every time.... Not good but was amazing when it worked....

The settings don't all work. For example making font bigger, vibration setting and sound all don't respond or change at all.

Couldn't even get Cf0 to set... despite using instructions. Also, peppered with ads...sometimes three 5 sec videos in the same minute. Wanted it to work and would have paid, but it needs serious bug fixing. Would have been embarrassing to use at work.
