white screen after white screen. on my iPhone it just works fine. please fix it.

downloaded it again, hoping that it would work better after being released sometime ago but no, still white screen after white screen. dont make an app unless it works fine on both android and ios. complete let down

After an update, CMG link still doesn't work. No surprise there though.

Has never worked. Now sign in to just a white page. Tosh

Staff Travel doesn't work on Android. JUNK.

As with most things this company does, its useless at the moment, it doesnt go further than the log in screen. Perhaps in a few months or years we will see it working properly, but being something which is supposed to help staff, i doubt it.

I have read every review and I'm surprised their is no sign of improvement... been trying to access staff travel on my phone. and it just a blank screen... who ever is managing this app needs to get off there back side and react....

App will not get past the log in screen. I've uninstalled and re-loaded it, it still doesn't work.

Several months later and has it improved????? ...... No still rubbish still hangs on opening page. Come on BA you have enough issues with computer systems get it sorted out please.

retired staff I can not sign in using android device

When selecting travel from the menu I just get a white screen. Unable to manage my bookings which was the main purpose of installing this app.

Useless at present

Unable to login unless access web login first. Unable to log about as the app crashes when attempting to log out. Error in staff travel as states date of travel is not in concession window when it is.

Oh dear, login then just see "its good to see you" screen for ever. Sign in button just shows the screen again. Ex ba staff, b safe works via browser.

Staff number does not copy across from log in screen unable to type it in. Get an error message staff travel experiencing a fault

Very buggy......To access CMG I've just created a homescreen shortcut/icon, far quicker. Any other content I'll just access on a company PC when on duty.

Never been able to log in 😠 updates constantly posted on the intranet yet never been fixed. Almost as if nobody is interested in making this fundamentally work and are more interested in adding "functionality" that nobody can use anyway because it gives you something to announce. Really poor, get your foundations in order before you start building on them.

Works well and lets me have a 'quick read' without having to log onto a PC which is handy.

Works great on my Samsung S5. Easy to navigate and info at your finger tips. Looking forward to seeing what else it can do.

Great start to hopefully a very useful app, it currently seems biased to cabin crew. It'd be nice to see more use for engineering staff? perhaps able to check and change annual leave, currently can only be done on a BA system.

Great to have an app for travelling now but can we have a load checker without going through the booking process also can we see more than +9.... We need to make decisions so we are not late for work it benefit everyone to see everything also how many are on standby and what priority they have. Logged in easily and news section is good

I've just downloaded this app I'm I must say I'm happy with it so far. The fact that we can access CMG as crew from it is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

Lots of useful information. Good and handy tool when you need information quickly.

Staff travel doesn't work and would prefer it not to default to news, not interested in that.

Works well and am so happy with design and the app so far works very well
