So many problem mobile banking app suppose to be easy that I don't have to go to the bank. What the point of the app if I have to contact the nearest branch.
Why sometimes i cannot connect even there is a wifi connections, its telling failed and you have to contact your bank.. please fix this i cannot view my balance. Thank you
Always problems with this app, Can't log in and check statement. It is definitely not friendly users at all.

This app is not friendly. Last time my phone has a problem i need to change a phone other mobile banking can register and login that i don't need to go to bank branch but this app is always alert please contact near bank branch it's very inconvenience i think this app should be verify identity by dipchip like a KTB bank or something.
