We ordered a CAM chain for our Arctic Cat 2 years ago, and it was $33. Well, it's already worn out, so I went to Babbits online again, and the exact same CAM chain is now $66 and the shipping also went up to $20. So I headed straight to Amazon and ordered the exact same part for $54 and free shipping. Guess I'll just start at Amazon next time. Can you spell "PRICE GOUGING"!?!? In addition, the overall app leaves a lot to be desired. There is no shopping cart you can access. Lousy app!
Orderered parts 40 days ago. Still haven't received whole order. 1/2 items took 3 weeks (a common sized late model belt!) Doesn't tell you about delays when you order, I still have no idea when the other item is coming. I will delete app and shop elsewhere if and or when they ever get around to fulfilling the order
This use to be a great place to buy motorcycle parts but I will never order anything else from Babbitts...........if u order anything you will wait on it for ever BEFORE ITS SHIPPED NOT WHEN U GET PACKAGE BUT FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED.....!!!!!!!!
Just use the website. It takes forever to get things to load in the app, and is currently not worth installing.

Just placed my order haven't recieved parts yet I just had to make a comment towards the bad mouth person and there rude and childish comment I've ordered tons of parts through Amazon,partzilla,Jc whitney,rock auto ,original parts group and just today through Babbitt's OEM parts which are hard to find for my old Suzuki 300 atv they give complete instructions before you sign for the delivery I can just about guarantee there want be any problems some people today just need a little act right lol

WHAT A JOKE. I PURCHASED AND GOT NO SUPPORT. AFTER SENDING RUDE EMAILS THEY EVENTUALLY RESPONDED TELLING ME THEY HAD NO STOCK AND HAD REFUNDED MY MONEY AGES BACK. GUESS WHAT, SUDDENLY MY BANK NOTIFIES ME OF A RETURN ON MY CREDIT CARD. BABBITTS DONT DESERVE THE BUSINESS

Unfortunately, the app needs a lot of work. It is very clunky and inconvenient. Does not keep you logged in and the options to "remember me" do not work at all. The "My Garage" feature doesn't let you know that it is taking the time to log in over the internet to load your items. Just sits there and then 20 or so seconds later you will see your items pop up. That is, if you choose to wait that long. Then, you can make an order one time and it seems fine. Order fulfilled and everything. But the next time, it breaks the link between billing address and shipping address and voids the order. They only want to give you discounts if you order through the app. Painful when the app doesn't work.
It needs a little work, mainly to keep logged in when reentering or when going from an area to another. The my garage needs a little tweaking too, but besides that its a great tool and very useful.
There are no Yamaha dealers near me, so I have been ordering parts online. I've used several sites and Babbit's was the the easiest, so far. Now that they have an app, it's is a great way to easily find and purchase parts for my 2015 Yamaha FZ07. My first order from Babbit's was quick, easy and accurate. I will definitely be using this app next time I need parts.
It doesn't even offer anything from BRP. Yet normally online web page does.
It's like a shortcut to the site, for people who use frequently like me it's a good idea
Useless. Why does it constantly tell you to install the app? The text doesn't fit the page and it's all scrambled. Serveral links are invalid, Feedback link being one. I would find a new developer, one that can write apps for mobile devices.
Takes the over a week to ship your order.
I truly wish I would have found this out before I went to Honda dealer for the part. I would have saved myself $23.. the dealer charged me $83 for the part which included shipping.. if I would have bought it here ..it would have only cost me $60 with shipping included.. a savings of $23

The promo code can't be entered due to the window not showing correctly in the app. The app doesn't display html appropriately perhaps?
Good Parts! Terrible shipping. They have everything you need for OEM parts! unfortunately it takes 1 in a half to two weeks for your order to ship from the warehouse. I have ordered from them a few times and every time I get great parts but it takes a month to get them. Innow always check my loval powersports dealer before buying from babbitts.
