Can't connect or syncronize with the device coz it asked to update babolat pop sensor and I tried many times with no success I received a message saying error with Bluetooth connexion.. it is really useless. How can I use the( I Play Connected )feature if the app is not working
I can sign up, synchronize but why I can't update firmware?it's always saying retry because bluetooth connection not good. Switched through 3 phones, but same results. Iphone, samsung, xiaomi..same results...please help
This is really ridiculous. The original version of the app was way, way better. This social focus is a big mistake. The app is now buggy and the stats are really not that interesting. How can such a big feature can become such a failure? Really disappointed.
Aucun support. Ne répond ni aux e-mail ni au téléphone. Impossible d'installer l'application car on ne reçoit jamais le SMS. Et le capteur pourtant acheté cher est donc inutilisable. There is no after sale support at all. They are not answering the phone neither. So I couldn't install the app since I've never received the SMS which means that the expensive sensor I bought is now useless.
So slow, errors keep occurring when trying to connect to my racket. It has not recorded any data from my racket. The original app was much better.
Was able to sign up before. I tried now with a different email and it says i do not meet the password criteria, which is not true. Is there any chance the code is opened sourced?
worked for once, which is nice. but then i can never login back to my account, nor does the password recovery work. sucks…
I cannot even create an account to try the racquet because of the input "city" doesn't work. Useless.
Sign up works until I get to City. No way to input a value. Disgraceful because this is so basic.
Very bad experience bought new racket and cant even register my stuff with the app so wont even know how it works???? Very sad!!! Left wilson for babolat only to experience this...

Or accept my password and then when I go to change my password it gives me an error says it will not recognize my email address
Hangs on registration. City field cannot be filled up
logged in and worked for an hour then logged me out and i cant log back in or make a new account

So disappointed they disabled the desktop app, there is no way to export your data to Excel anymore, and the old website was actually good. Ten steps backwards for Babolat. This app never remembers your password, annoying to have to enter it every time. Also there are no pro players that you can see stats for. They really messed this up, it used to work well, then they ruined it. Who cares about sharing pictures, why does every app want to have useless social features?
Useless app upgrade. Wasted my money on this expensive racket. Fire your app design team. Earlier Version of app provided greater depth for self-analysis of game, but not anymore. They changed their focus from App to 'Improve Your Game' to an app 'Do Social Networking'. Sincere advice, Please dont attempt to create Facebook on a 'Game Improvement' app.
App, is trying to create community instead of focus on player's ability to stratify their own performance metrics. When it used to be on the website it showed a lot more useful information. Don't waste your money buying this expensive bbt play raquet as functionality is just not there!
the app is unable to sync with my smartphone and I don't want the news. Poor functioning. Disappointed :(
Works pretty well once you understand its quirks. A bit annoying to have to pair every time. Still give some good info but not a lot of depth. Wouldnt pay more than 50$ for the Bluetooth module and app over a standard racquet.
