While the 1 hour free use was great, I bought the single platform licence and now it doesn't connect the two devices. Cannot recognise the other device. Worst was that after paying $9 something, only did I know that it won't even connect from Android to Apple devices which my partner has. Very disappointed. Would like a refund or update my licence so that I can use it on my partners device too.
very vague privacy policy. dont know what they do with the data. Also does not really work with the video and lock screen. But overall I tried quite a few apps and none of them was just working. So will buy a dedicated bsby phone.
Randomly disconnects but says that it is still connected and that every thing is fine. Full of glitches and not reliable at all. Often has annoying notifications and won't let you turn them off. I want a refund!
Terrible. Just constantly makes a notification noise on the parent device. Thinks baby is awake when looking at an empty, dark, quiet room. Very little information on how to use. The one tutorial at the beginning on pairing did not match what was actually displayed on the screen.
It worked for about 20mims then it stopped sending the sound and says connecting but never connects and never plays sound. I have spent the last 25mins trying to make it work. Glad it malfunctioned before I bought the full version.
Decent, better than most due to subscription options. Doesn't always allow to connect to the child's device, either to option greyed out or server issues. Takes a while before correcting.
The app was good but stops working on new android devices. Needs upgrades that are very unfrequent. I can't use my paid license. Symptoms: crashes when going into camera mode.
We bought the license to use this app across iOS and android in the same wifi network. Never worked. iOS can be connected but not the android. Wasted a big sum of money to buy the license. Utterly disappointed.

Worked okay before but update on iOS version rendered my phone's Annie app unusable. Won't connect. Support unresponsive after a week. Waste of money.
just paid for the full account and the microphone doesn't work. neither does the help page, website or FAQ. Total scam.
Seems shady. Why do you need to be on wifi in order to work or use the cloud. Uninstalling. I'm glad I didn't pay anything!!!

Camera stream almost non existing, blinking with video for 0.5s every 5s or so. Thats over high quality wifi between ios and android. Alarm is annoying starts and doesn't stop until other unit is quite. Otherwise kinda works..
Paid to buy app and all of a sudden need to buy cloud subscription to even use it. Feels like a scam wasn't a great app to begin with. Extremely dissatisfied and angry and being duped.
Doesn't work! What is the point if the app isn't going to alarm me when the baby is awake.
The Android version seems to be lacking a few features that are available on the iOS version, hence my average rating. I really wanted to be able to play music like on iOS, and to find that that feature was missing after purchase wasn't ideal.
