annoying to constantly start over. If you cant make it through the list in one sitting then you have to start from the beginning each time. I recommend doing it alphabetically so at least that way you can keep your place.
Love this app!!! It's wonderful! It's very simple and not frustrating to figure out. The selection of names is awesome! Old and new and meaning, origin, date, etc. I really like how you can save your favorites! It's so useful!!!
I used the read/unread check but it didn't help to sort or shorten the lists. Eg. l looked via Origin, and marked the names l didn't like as 'read', then tried looking at lists by gender and the previously 'read' names were still included. It would be good to have the option to remove names previously seen/disliked.
Needs some more names but It does allow you to add names that are not in the app. I would like a star by the names already added to favorites list. It is a nice app but could use a couple of improvements. Very useable as is though.
Good except it doesn't show which names you've favourites already in the main list, you have to open each one to see. Don't have another to compare it to. Simple and easy to use
Really neat so far. A cool feature to add would be pronunciation for the names. A 'click to play' button would be awesome, but even the written guide would be great.
I only scrolled for a short while because i was getting frustrated. I searched for less popular names and almost ALL of the names started with M or L for some reason. There was a large quantity of names, but it didn't feel like there was decent variety
doesn't have all the names most of the names I was wanting meanings for I had to use Google and I wanted an app so that way I could save them. a few names at the top of my head weren't in there like ozymandias and lucius/lucious. but there were so many names that didnt even have a meaning and just came from movies and actors. dislike and uninstalled.
I like the layout.And there is alot of names.However, in the girls section, there are some strictly male names...Igor and Emmett. Emmett hasn't been popular since before 1940, that's why it's an old man name. I never once heard of any female named that. Same with Igor. And girls names such as Michelle, Angelique, and Audene weren't even listed. It would also be better if the names were alphabetized, it'd be easier to find favorite names.
Overall, best baby name app I've come across. Went through all their names within a couple hours but it's still a good selection.
Half the names gets half the stars. I like the variety. It seems pretty thorough, but the list stopped at the end of names starting with L.
app scrolling doesn't work, keeps returning me to see the same list of names and the fact that you cant remove names gives the app very limited effectiveness.
it always looses my spot, I have to scroll through everything each time I get on the app. A hard copy book is better then this app.
I like this app it gives great ideals and some of the names I had in mine were on the list💞 which I thought was confirmation! and really awesome!
Being able to link with partner and have a remove name option would be helpful. Otherwise best baby name app out there.
I hated about 99% of the names on here and many of these awful names are listed multiple times. Vague meanings and not very creative.
Not enough unique NEW names like kova or even old ones like mercy. Should be able to add our own suggestions and order them.
amazing so far! picking names pretty early, but I can't help myself with it being my first child! 😁
it has some pretty good names but i wish it had more older or unique names, and a way to separate favorite boy names from separate favorite girl names.. good app though
I think a great feature to add would be to remove names, so that you can slowly widdle down from process of elimination.
Clear, concise, and easy to use. I love this app. It's very well made and I haven't seen any ads so far, so stoked about that!
Like it, just a lot of reoccurring names. Some of the same names show up several times
The 'meaning' section for the names often just included the origin of the name & other variants & not the actual meaning.
Found several names they don't have. I wish there was an option to write names on your favorite list that they don't have info on.
doesnt keep track of anything. and mostly full of nicknames not full names.
Would be good to be able to add your own names to the list, not just the ones on the app already
App is good, but after the latest update the last letter in all names is just cut. =(
i love this app. vary easy use. and easy find what you need for naming your baby
This app does th same things as google so if you want to find a baby name just search it up on google or chrome.
The app isn't really necessary. It's just a list, a very short one, of names. It's not super organized. There isnt a lot of cool extra data like countries where the names are most popular or the dates when the names where a there peak level of usage. You can't browse by too many options like by country of origin or by first Letter or meaning/theme. The format is also very plain. There are better apps out there to discover and save favorite names.
