Nice app, but disappointing that you can't search up names. So if you already know some names you like, you won't be able to add them to your list unless they're popular names and come up naturally. Not very feasible to swipe through thousands of other names to find the one you already like 😅
I like it, it's fun especially if you really don't know what you're looking for just yet. I loved the unique names, multicultural names, and spelling variations. If you already have names in mind or know you want a certain meaning/ background, this won't be the app for you. I think it's a great concept.
The names are limited, depending on personal taste, and there is no option to add names that you cannot find within the app. Whilst certainly easy to use, all in all limited by lack of names on offer.
Not really what I was looking for in helping pick out a name. It is easy to use and ads aren't too annoying. But swiping gets old. I want to know how many names I've gone through and what's left. I don't need to see seven different day ways to spell a name. Great app if you are probably going main stream with a name, not that I was looking for anything crazy.
Easiest way to narrow down the list of names you like and the process is so much more enjoyable vs. Googling names and being overwhelmed by a huge list of names all in one spot. I definetly recommend. Thank you to the Creator's!
I like that you can put in a chosen middle and surname. Then you can see it altogether. Lots to choose from but some repetition with different spellings.
Very cute app. Things can get stressful while preparing for a new baby, all the must have , everybody telling you the hundreds of things that u should be doing so . I like to get on this app once or twice a week and being myself back to a must do.but a not so stressful way of choosing names.
Names and usibility is all good. I paid to remove ads but the ads are only removed for the next section of names then you get asked again if you want to pay to remove them. You should pay once and have them removed completely or make it clear that paying for the removal is not permanent ad removal.
Good app, great way to list the names you like. It creates you favourite list, however would be better if it was gender coloured. Also the ads are annoying.
There's no option to add your own names, and these are all from the top 100 most popular lists. So you basically swipe left or right on the same basic names.
the swipe random names is so stupid, many of us just wnt a list that we can scroll through and filter options like first letter, meaning, length, origins etc, also its the 21st century get with the times and add a gender neutral option instead of just the 2 genders
The app only seems to use names that are currently popular/trendy, which is exactly the opposite of what we're looking for. You could just look up a list of top 100 baby names and accomplish the same thing.
I don't mind swiping left or right for likes and don'ts. It gives you the option to put in the names you already have. I have the middle name and last name. I'm Looking for the first name and it gives you ideas on how the whole name would look.
Easy to use and really helpful. Large variety of suggestions! Would be even better if you could share the list with others.
Extensive list just wish you could add your own ideas so all names could be together in one place to help make the decision easier.
Simple, helpful. I like the idea, maybe if there were categories, or I could choose the first name and flip through middle names
Just a swipe app to collect data on name popularity. Doesn't give meaning of names. Scam. Edit: I'm not going to stay tuned as you mine my data and offer me a fake service.
The app works great and it's really simple to sort names. I had a small issue with the app and the developer promptly fixed it. I really appreciate it.
Not able to find certain names! Because I research more expensively- designing by names,a more exhaustive source of names would be the best for me. Your genuineness is Notable,Authentic,Memorable,Encouraging!
So far, so good! I have only been through the first set of names on this app - you'll have to try it out to see what exactly this means - :) but I'm really enjoying the process on here. It's just FUN instead of overwhelming!
It never let me get past the homescreen and had no options for help. Not sure what else I could/should have done.
interface is nice, but the description says it includes name meanings - it doesn't!
Some great names , Love the swipe left option to discard ones you dont like .Could do with splitting the boys and girls names in favourites so you can clearly see what you have 🙂
I had a huuuuuge list of names but the app randomly reset itself while I was using it and it made me start from the beginning. Horrible
You cant search for names. It just randomly brings up names you can like or dislike with no meanings, filter, etc
Swipe feature is fun. Same name popped up multiple times in my 20 minute time I was using the app.
No meanings with the names and some of the new age spelling of certain names is beyond tragic, babies are not animals and shouldn't be named as such, just saying

I see I'm not the only one to have this happen, the app restarted some how and lost my list.
Not sure why the app is titled naby names and meanings. As far as i can tell, there are no name meanings provided anywhere. The swipe left/right is not my favorite format but it is very easy to use. Would be nice if there was an option to view a list to like/dislike the names. Would also be better if you could search for names that you already know you like. This app definitely brings up a lot of popular names first.
