I love names! But I think the top 1000 should be updated every June because the SSA baby name registry updates every May. Favorite naming app! needs updates more often though

My favorite app to find baby names. Only app i use.

I think this app is great! I saw names I wouldn't necessarily have looked up on my own. I like that I can also look up not and girl names since I'm not finding out the gender of baby before he/she arrives. I think the only things I'd like to see in the app is, the like page being able to categorize between first names and middle names. Also an option to put first & middle names together with surname to see how it visually looks. Which also is great to make sure you like the flow of the whole name.

Love this app. It has so many names and different spellings of the name. Great way to distract you from alot of things but also to help find that perfect name if you are undecided. I think I'd like an option to be able to put first and middle name together with surname just to see how it looks together but all in all this is an awesome app. Love it. Thank you

This app takes entirely way too much time "learning" your tastes. Especially after filling out the profile and literally going through hundreds of names. Im still getting strange way out there names or the same name spelled 10 different ways. Take out the different spellings, making them visable when someone likes a name. Its a giant waste of time. The only reason i gave it 3 stars is because it technically does its function. Just not well.

I like this app but I have a few suggestions that I think would make it so much better. First of all, I know the "genius" says it will suggest better names the more you use it, but it takes a long time and hundreds of names. If we could filter out certain regions/religions before it even tries to suggest them, that would be AMAZING and would save me SO MUCH time. Not that the names aren't beautiful, but I know I won't be giving my child an Arabic name since that isn't my heritage. I'm also not religious so if I could filter out the biblical names that would make me feel like I'm not wasting so much time waiting for a name I like to pop up. Second, because I spend SO MUCH TIME rejecting names, I often accidentally reject names I like when they pop up. But there's no way for me to change that without leaving the screen I'm on. If I could just correct it right there and hit the thumbs up then continue to search without leaving the genius, that would be ideal. When I do leave the screen to go to the names I've disliked to change a mistake to a like, I have to scroll through many hundreds of names allllll the way to the bottom to get to my most recent dislikes. If the most recent dislikes were at the top, it would save me a lot of pointless scrolling. If those things were fixed, I would gladly change my rating to 5 stars. This app is ALMOST there!

There's something seriously wrong with your algorithm. I completed my profile, say that I'm from the UK, both of my parents and my wife are from the UK and that I like Christian names. First suggestion - Abdullah. Note - UK not Saudi Arabia.

As previously mention by others I do think this app needs a gender neutral option for adding names to favorites. The genius feature is a bit slow to use as you have to thumbs down and then click again for the next name, instead of it populating straight away. It would be good if you could change your selection in the genius feature if you happened to click the wrong option or maybe add a back button. I have run into a glitch when the app keeps re-adding the top 20 favorite girls names to my favorites list which is a bit annoying, I delete them but the just repopulate. Still really liking to app though, would be good to add a compare to partners feature at some point too.

Name choices were never something close to what I was looking for. The more thumbs up or down you gave, I thought it would generate more names similar to that name. Instead I kept getting names that were off the wall random. I spent most my time hitting thumbs down and I had this app for about a month..

Good app - easy to use and lots of inspiration. It would be really good to see our favourite names with our surname (and middle name options ideally) to see it all come together. There also isn't an option for twin names to see them together. Thanks

I love this app! The only thing I would say I wish it had middle name suggestions.

I am using this app as a way to distract myself from the more unpleasant parts of the first trimester. It's also nice to see how others react to the names I like.

I agree with some of the reviews on here - a good app but it's taking a very long time to learn which kind of names I like. I'm getting a bit bored. Plus, it runs a bit slow.

Hey, this is a fun app, but there doesn't seem to be a way to save names to my favorites list. I'm on an Android, BTW.

Great app. Needs a gender neutral category but overall best baby name app I've used :)

Needs to have a how to pronounce section, and ability to search boy and girl names at same time, then it would be perfect.

I got my daughter name from here after searching online for a very long time. 1 week before her birth i came across the name TRINITY and i just knew that was it big thanks to this app

Very weird app. Gives tons names as ideas to name your baby, so it serves it's purpose...

This is a lovely little app! Its helping me find the perfect name for a little girl since i already know what i want for a boy name
