You also can decorate the photo with stickers, text. Let select a photo frame that you like, then add the photo of your kid, zoom in/out, and drag the photo so that your kid's face fit into the hole.

This isn't a bad app however every second there ads popping up, even during the selection of making the photo frames up it's so annoying, it's unbearable had to uninstall it.
