Baby Shark Match: Ocean Jam

I love this game and very much have enjoyed playing it over the last few months. I would have rated it higher but I'm stuck on LEVEL 484!!! I have cleared the level at least seven times and it just freezes & wont let me move on. I sent a few messages to the support help and have heard nothing back from them other than they are looking into it. From what I understand I am not the only one having this problem & I guess it has been going on for a while and has not been fixed. please fix!!!!!

Changing my rating since they still haven't updated the game to fix this problem!!!! This has been going on for months!!! So irritating! At level 484- have cleared it multiple times but the game just freezes up and won't complete the level. Have wrote in to company but haven't got a response. That was about a month ago. I really enjoy playing the game, just wish they would fix the problem. Especially since so many people are having the same issue.

Game is so cute but as usual it's ruined by excessive ads, really interferes with gameplay...moving pieces to indicate the next move is distracting and annoying, give me the chance to look the board over and make my own...I don't need to be shown how to use a booster either, I like to save them for when I need them, include a way to turn all that off and you've got a 5 star game!!!😡

Adorable game, I am soooo addicted!! Love the characters and music, especially the "na na na na na" when u hit a bonus. The only thing-after one of recent updates, y'all started putting ads at the bottom, which had to move the shark up in bottom left corner, and makes it hard to see what u have over there, and having trouble clicking on my bottom bonus bc the home emblem pretty much covers it up. Other than that-it is awsum!! I don't mind at all watching a few ads bc u can win extras, and play and play for free. I highly recommend this game!! Great job guys!!!

I really have enjoyed playing this game, till I got to level 484. Now I cant get passed the level due to it freezing, missing pieces and then when I do eventually finish the level it freezes and wont do anything. I have contacted support but haven't heard anything. If it wasn't for this I would have given this game 5 stars.....

I habe been playing this game for abes now and i love it. however, i cant get past level 484. i have cleared the level 4 or 5 times now and as soon as the level is clear, it freezes. I hope you can fix this, otherwise I will have to uninstall it.

Downloaded it for my youngest sibling to see what it was. I thought it would be some baby game, but it turned out to be like bejeweled and such. The graphics were pretty good though. However, i tried to move the pearls on the second level, and they wouldn't budge. When i tried towards the end, they moved.

Absolutely love this game. I downloaded it for my four year old son because he loves the song. But I play it more. Although I think it may need an update. It completely freezes. Usually right when I use my power ups and am about to level up. Please please fix.

Entertaining and not complex. Fun for our entire family from 2 to 50. Didn't think it would be but it truly is. Love the graphics and the song embedded in the game. The rewards are nice and it doesn't eat up coins and if we want extra the Littles can use their chore pay for them. A game we will all play together while sitting on the couch or on a rainy day.

This was a fantastic game until level 475. You can not beat it because of a clinch in the game. It asks for 4 flowers and there is only one. I wish it could be fixed so we all can continue playing. Until that level I highly recommend this game.

Been stuck on Level 600 for months. I beat it and it loops back to the same level. Have written the company, support is nonexistent. Ok, so they finally fixed it. Now I'm stuck on 900. Same issue... just doesn't progress after i beat the level.

It's super fun games, the music was great. I just love it. Unfortunately, after played till level 130 the games freeze randomly. Please fix this problem and develop more fun games in the future.

fun game, needs more levels. update, my booster gauge has disappeared. I'll go back to 5 stars with new levels and a booster gauge.2nd update, tried to contact the developers about the booster gauge, including sending screenshots. absolutely no response. rating will go up when the game is updated.

If you've not seen or heard this program and it's cute lil shark 🦈 family, it is a must! Easy game style and beautiful graphics with simple stories and a great soundtrack. A must for all you baby 🦈 s out there, young and old! :)

Good fun for the most part. What little errors usually go away after restarting. Although I'm stuck on level 600, even when I pass it, it keeps repeating over and over again. I don't know what the problem is? Using galaxy s8

My baby loves to watch me play this game. Its entertaining for both her and i. She loves the song at the end when you win. She practically knows the theme of the games such as if you are searching for the sharks or starfish or getting a treasure! She's only 2!

I would love to be able to give 5 stars, but saddly I cant because I have completed all of the levels. I did send an email asking if new levels would be added, but did not recieve a response. I guess I will delete, but the game itself it great!

I enjoy everything about this game except one!!! At the bottom of the game is an Ad bar and it blocks you from collecting your quest rewards!!!! And it would be nice if someone actually got back to you in the 48 hours they say they will!!!

I really like the game. It's cute & addictive. My only issue is the little shark in the lower left hand corner obscures the bottom 2 items & gets in the way. Fix that & I'll give you a 5!

Really cute graphics and music. Loved it! Until you get into the higher levels... then little things keep messing up... A lot.

It's a cute game but there is a continuous ad on bottom of screen. Which makes it hard for my grandson to play since it seems to cover a tiny portion of the game. Since they never go away i may end up getting rid of game.

Love this game, it's so cute, varied and fair 😄 Only complaint is the sound when swapping a piece is too loud/harsh (no I don't want to play without sound) and sometimes it randomly freezes.

Love it and it is very addicting , not to hard only thing is I can't seem to find away to connect to Facebook to save and synchronize with my other devices.

Fix the bugs. Level 484 does not work. clear the hide and seek sharks and it freezes does not allow you to move on. this is the second level that does this. level 450 was the other level.

I really like this game! The graphics are awesome on my LG-V40 Thin Q on OLED screen!!!! Update 7/7/19-I,ve got a issue with the ad banner covering across the bottom of my screen, so it is covering my boosters and whatever is on the right side. Please fix!!!

Game freezes at level 600. Yet it is saying i can open a chest at 630. I have repeated level 600 i don't know how many times, closed and re-opened the app repeatedly, and it is still stuck on 600!

i love this game and had given 5 stars...and have completed 600 levels. But cannot proceed further...although it appears that there are more levels. If you can help me to proceed..it will be back to 5 stars rating. thanks.
