Babylon Health: Video appointments with providers

I love that I can get immediate medical care when I need it. The app needs to let you pick and choose which types of push notifications you want. I get 10 notifications a day about "Dr. Schubert" and I don't even know who that is, and clicking the notification takes me straight to booking an appointment that I don't need. I can't just turn off push notifications because then the phone won't ring when I actually HAVE an appointment. 😤

When it works, it's great. I've had too many instances of the app glitching and either not connecting or dropping the connection during an appointment. I've redownloaded the app several times, but issues still haven't been fixed. Would love to see those issues fixed so my appointments run smoothly. It's a critical function. UPDATE: Glitches have been fixed and haven't had an interrupted session recently.

Over all good imo I use It for mental health services and love the therapist I have. They're great! Nice to be able to do this at home rather then travel to an office every week. You can use this app for other things as well. Though I haven't needed too. I should add that it can be a bit buggy and wonky at times, but nothing that's been a huge over all issue for me anyway.

Requires full charge to complete a single session. Window showing self is immoveable and covers face of person you are talking to while on a call. Also, you cannot move fun to horizon mode to adjust-it is stuck in portrait mode. Otherwise it's good, but these issues are a big deal.

i got Covid and panicked. My doctor was not answering the phone or returning my calls for many days then i remembered that my insurance has this service so i called and honestly the doc. was so understanding, patient and so informative. I would not see a doctor if i don't have to as far as i can call this service. They are there any time better than than an emergency room.

Apparently, they've never heard of people who travel. They cannot help you if you need help outside your home state. I have a long lasting illness, but no help for me if i am not in my home state. I tried to rate 0 stars but cant. Doctor was not even on time....😞😡 Also tried to look up why i couldn't, and found this: Do I need to be at home for an appointment? You can have an appointment anywhere that is private and has a reliable and secure internet connection. No mention of: Have 2B Home

Impossible to update one's phone number or email within the app (or to even see these details). And it needs to call directly through the app, particularly when I'm in a building and on WiFi only. Also, when the doctor dropped the call, I tried calling back, but it kept saying "application issue" when I called the number back, with no method of messaging the doctor in-app. Please make the user experience more friendly in these regards & I'll consider upgrading my rating from less than abysmal.

I can only give four stars. While this app can be convenient for things if the moment, it is not convenient for follow up and follow thru. You think you r communicated clearly with your Dr, then the labs ordered are not what you discussed and things missing. There is no way to message on this app, it's only one way from the Dr. I will resume going in person as soon as my new insurance plan kicks in. They have many improvements to make.

First time, trying out Babylon for my son. Downloaded app, reset password, turned phone off and back on again, uninstalled and installed again for a whole hour and was still unable to successfully login. Talked to a representative and she asked me if I had an iphone. Really? What is the problem? 24/7 "anytime, right from your phone"?

I am having a difficult time reaching my PCP office for an appointment for refills. I saw I may be able to get them through Babylon. I set up an appointment, when I was done, I tried to look for verification of the appointment, I couldn't find anything. I waited for a call at the scheduled appointment time. Nothing came through.

Doctors dont follow thru with work notes then the app dont have options to chat its ridiculous it takes forever for them to correct or send u back correct paper work.

Michelle Pata is the absolute best in my opinionated. She takes the time to Listen and her advice always suit the patient. She is always in a positive mood and when the visit is over you feel as though your on the road to recover already !

The idea is great but the app is not working either stating something is wrong and need to retry but still didn't work. Can't connect with anyone due to unavailability. The previous treatment doesn't connect with primary care doctor and referral doesn't work either. I hope that it can be fix.

It won't allow me to put in insurance info. It defaults to one specific insurance company and won't let me change it, nor does it even have an open to just pay out of pocket, which makes the app completely unusable. Uninstalling.

You will never hear back after the intake appt. And the app itself is beyond glitchy. My provider saw me sideways on their screen even though I was holding my phone straight up. The app rarely opens on the first try and it's extremely slow.

Kind of upset. You advertise the ability to talk to a provider 24/7 yet when I try to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning, I only have PM appointments available. The appointments start when my pharmacy closes...that's false advertising! Guess it's not 24/7, just when a doctor is available just like my regular doctor's office. My doctor's office even has after hours numbers I can call. So this app is just like my doctor's office, nothing special. Waste of time setting up.

This is the worst thing, you book an appointment few minutes later you receive a message the appointment is canceled. The play with the people health.

This is by far one of the best APPT experience we have had. Very professional very thorough and well mannered.

got to say I walked into this skeptically and with an unopened mind. I walked away however mind-blown, impressed, and never again will I be going back to the old way of doing things. Telehealth, the next evolution in human evolution.

Excellent! Easy to use, understand and everything is just completely perfect!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this app!! The PCPs I get assigned by my health insurance typically suck, and urgent cares are so overwhelmed during the pandemic. The providers in this app are PHENOMENONAL! They do have some limitations as to what they can provide (eg: lab work) but every encounter with a Babylon provider I've had has been 5* They even have THERAPY!

my son had his first appointment today and it was great very smooth and simple!

it has a few connection problems. it took 2 appointments to get 1 visit done.

Horrible app. Book appt button not even there on Android or ios, so I made it over the phone. Then they said they called for 5 minutes but nothing ever showed up on my phone or in the app. They tried to blame it on my phone which is a new version, not old. So they couldn't help with my daughters ear pain at all. Guess I'll hang out with covid patients in a walk in clinic.

I'm a first time user. it was so easy. The doctor I saw was great and took care of my problem with ease.

Supposed to be appointments available but nothing is available. Psychiatry has hit the crapper.

The doctor was very helpful and the app was very easy to navigate.

Direct help with live doctors to assist you with whatever you need! Love it!
