Yet another baby monitor app?Well I found a couple of them but either they do not provide enough possibilities to adapt signal level to individual needs or they are extremly huge (3-8 MByes for such a simple application? Unbelievable!) This application has a size of only 23 kByte.
All settings are on one page. Not hidden menus.Play around with the parameters and enjoy.This app was developed, tested and extensively used by parents.
What we do not provide:Sending SMS is not necessary. A ringtone is as good as an SMS an is for free in every case.Playing sounds and images for babys: Responsible parents should be nearby and come over if offspring seems to have a problem.
Tip: keep degrading radiation far from babys. So you better keep your mobile far away and increase "sensitivity".
BabyMonitor automatically sets ringer mode to silent and resets to previous value when stopped.
On some devices "auto answer" feature does not work. Well, bad luck if it does not work on yours. Please do not ask to "fix this bug". There is no solution for this issue!
How it works:Noise is meassure using the internal microphone. Values are miltiplied by a "sensitivity" factor. Result is displayed as noise input "value". Whenever this noise value exceeds half of displayed width it is added to an "alarm level value".Whenever "noise input value" is lower than half of display "alarm level value" is frozen for a while (can be adjusted by "peak hold time"). If noise values still stays below its limit, alarm value is decreased. Whenever "alarm value" exceeds a limit (which is called "threshold", BabyMonitor calls the specified phone number.After a call ends, BabyMonitor sleeps for 0-10 minutes before it again starts this processing noise.

Does what it says and if app is calling you on your phone you can take the call and hear if your child is crying or calling after mummy or daddy and with turning on speakers you could as well speak to your child. Useful when your on a balcony or upstairs or sitting in front of our behind the house for example and can't hear your child.

Works exactly as described in my galaxy note 2. Finally no more expensive baby sitters while my wife and I go out ;) jk. One limitation, it only works on a voice connected phone so if you only have one phone and no land line your hosed. Would be great if it could work via wifi on an old disconnected phone or a tablet.
Almost always crashes after calling. nice configuration options tough but unusable on my galaxy s2 with ics 4.03
Wow, no instructions! Had to guess,called from second phone, guessing, think I've got it, then disconnected. No worries about values when it disconnects. And just maybe,if there instructions, my experience would have been different. Uninstall
It's so simple yet so effective. Take a minute or two to fiddle with the settings to find whatever suits your needs... done. It just does what it's supposed to. So simple, yet has been such a benefit so many times. Thanks a lot for creating this!
Great app ever, u don't need to buy device. Work perfect first use as a tester u need two mobiles.
Speaker mode does not work on my Samsung S3 mini. Otherwise, excellent app with great configurability. Thanks a lot!
Found it to be not very intuitive to set up. Used my wifes phone as transmitter and it called my phone every fews minutes for no reason - baby hadn't even moved.
Great and simple app. Just adjust the sensitivity, enter a number and off you go. I like that it only needs a few kB and is very reliable
It works as it says, i loved it, the only issue is after call is triggered it displays info message to click on OK to resume the phone otherwise it remains on hang state, so if the ACK msg removed , it will be best in class app

samsung galaxy note paired with samsung galaxy ace plus. works perfectly. exactly what i need, not offered by others. i like the call auto-accept feature best.
Great app unless you have dual sim phone, in which case it's useless without an option to select the preferred sim card. Edit (after a year or more): and still no dual SIM support
We used it on a holiday to extend the baby phone's range. We put mine phone next to the parent's unit and configured my wifes phone. I like the configurationally of the app, so that the alarm is only triggered when there is a need for it. Worked perfectly. Thank you for offering it for free. 5 Star's
Fantastic app. Exactly what I was looking for. It can be adjusted so that the babys music can still be played with the alarm on. 5 Stars.
Not useful for dual sim mobile. It does not send alarm till the time you don't select the sim card to call the specific phone number
