Its bad. My order is pending until now, 2 weeks and nobody called me for delivery, they make mistake in entering my mobile number and saying that the delivery team is trying to call me but with no avail. The reason is the number was wrong. I complain and they leave me hannging and no one called me to update me or atleast to infrom me that they will check on it. I send 3 email and i chat in the app twice and they are not taking this serious. Bad service
The application is working really slow after getting latest update, overall browsing of Products is slow and inconvenient at all, please fix this.
hi! i don't know what happened to this app.. before it was running smoothly on my mobile and it was perfect i had several order using this app.. but now i cannot open it anymore.. i tried to restart and re-installing as well but still it didn't work anymore.. can someone help me? thanks.

The app keeps on crashing. Now it's been a week and can't open at all. I tried everyday at different times but it's useless. I even Uninstalled it and reinstalled again but it was in vain. Though I had some wonderful shopping experiences before. Don't know what's wrong with it.
Dont buy on their shop. They are not delivering it. Ordered items for my baby and expected it on the next day but didnt happen. 4 days later still not delivered. They said they tried to contact me but its not true. No one called me even my no. Is correct. I want to cancel it but they told me they cant because its on transit. On transit but not receiving it.???? Are you scammers? Just getting money from the people.
It's a easy to use app, except when you go to favourites and you want to go back to favourites it goes back to the main menu. It's frustrating since if you want to go through what you liked and add them to your cart, you have to press back menu, favourite then scroll to your item. similarly, when you refine to something e.g. price low to high and scroll and hit one item and go back it loses the order of refinement. e.g. goes back to relevance. thanks.
I cannot browse anything! Every time it shows "you are not connected to the internet " problem! Even though, I tried it in two different phones, with many internet options! You are losing if you don't fix this issue the soonest. By the way, the issue is the same on the other applications; Home Center, Home Box, Centerpoint....etc
Many times I order an item and I receive a different item, totally different than the displayed image. Last time I ordered a diaper bag and I received a totally different one, different color, shape and even different brand. It is not the first time to face this issue with them, I use click and collect service and I drive to the collect point to find a faulty item being delivered to me there !!!! very bad online shopping experience, they are wasting our shopping efforts and time 😡
Good app, I would give the 5 star if they take out the bugs we are facing. after adding the items to the cart and when I wanted to pay it gives me the error Opps something went wrong try again later. it happened for 48 hours got fed up went to the babyshop directly and bought the stuff. They announce with the good offers and price range but when I wanted to buy it didn't go through. 🙄
The app worked well initially, but now when we search it goes to the results page and then immediately redirects to the homepage. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same issue persists. If it wasn't for this issue, I'd have given a 4 star rating.
Ive experienced this many time that you go through all process of selection than eithwr delivery or click n collect, selecting picking points then payment options then when you click the final button to pay now it doesn't process the order. In a blink of eye a error occurs and goes. No matter how many time i email or send messages via app never anyone call me back. This is frustrating!
the count of the products is not updated. My order was confirmed and i have paid for the order. After 1 or 2 days , they automatically cancelled few items from the order without asking for any replacement. this has happened twice. when contacted call centre, they said its system problem that mobile app doesn't show updated number of in- stock items.
Your app crashed 3 weeks ago. Since it never worked again on android. Please don't tell me to remove and re install the app. I did it. That mythology never resolved any issue before. The same issue persists with you Babyshop application so clearly there is a huge problem on your end which you are not fixing. Most androids are facing this as of few weeks back. This is really a hassle as I need to keep using my wife's IPHONE! I am using a Samsung S9+ with the latest software update. Please fix!
I was browsing the website and there it was popping again and again to install the app and get additional 10% discount. The promo doesn't work at all and its been 3 days. I called the helpline and the lady said our technical team is working on it. I mean seriously that it's been 3 days and they r not able to fix it. If yes then plz dnt advertise atleast. Secondly the delivery address can't b changed. It is set as default and u can only deliver there Not happy
Very bad app, after spending a lot of time to add items to the cart and when Checkout the added items are not showing. Called and informed customer service by phone and email. But not solved the issue.
This app. is very crappy. Their stock are not updated. I placed an order yesterday and all products were showing available. But next day when I received the Confirmation, they cancelled my one expensive product due to non-availability. On top of that, they don't refund your money in your account, but keep your money in their centerpoint as My Credit. Pls. don't use this app. Over all this app is 0/100.
Though the app looks good, not sure if someone was lucky enough to use it succesfully for online purchase!.Placed few orders but all were getting cancelled later without siting any reason!. There should be a way to know the reason behind cancellation. I dont think it is due to availability as the item is still in stock!. My advise- don't waste time trying to order and wait for delivery.
this is the 7th times i will install it.. at first i thought it was my internet connection, checked it, its all good other app are working, then maybe my phone, restart it, other apps are opening, then i uninstall and install it again and again.. nothing! NOTHING HAPPENED.. the app is not working for how many weeks now. when are you going to fix it?
I always ordered from center point and get things within timeline. This time I use babyshop application and guess what? It's more than 10 days, still order in processing phase although it was promised to be placed by 14th may 2021. I contacted with agent, they are just copy paste the sentences, no actual progress. I will reconsider ordering next time. Poor customer service, unprofessional behavior.
Frustrating! Ordered and paid some items thru this app. Then i received an email confirming that my order has successfully been placed. Few minutes after, another email sent to me telling that my payment didn't go through and my order can't be processed. But the total amount has already been deducted from my visa card. This is confusing. How can I get my money back if you can't process my order? This application is a SCAM/THIEF!!!!!
The app was working fine till your last update everything stopped working and each time I open the app keep sending me back to the home page , I uninstalled the app and installed it again but the issue not resolved. Please check the issue in the app and fixe it ASAP . My phone is Samsung Galaxy s10 plus. Thanks
The app is good but most of the products are out of stock. You must present that to the buyer from the beginning and not waste our time checking if the items we want to buy are available or not!!!! Hopefully you will correct this in the new version. Good luck
sometimes the app shows certain things to be in stock only to cancel them on its convenience even after payment has been processed. this is highly inconvenient and all you get is an email saying sorry for cancellation. extremely disappointing
Worst customer service ever! Tried to put a review on one of their item (did it twice) . And they don't allow negative reviews for the item. I purchased a receiving blanket with hood and what I received is just a blanket, yep! It has a blue patched on the corner that looks like a hood but it's closed stitched.
Disappointed from the app, specially for click&collect when I request to cancel order because duplicated they did not cancel and order placed now I need to wait 14 days to return order and another more days for refunded, really disappointed its landmark should be updated to meet technology and customer needs and satisfaction we are in 2022. 😱
