Helpful, user freindly, and best of all easy. I have had no issues with this app so far. And I can transfer money in less than two minutes, and be done.
Made a lot if improvements, much better than original (such as listing/increasing the max amount for mobile deposit in the app, which created an issue once when the mobile deposit wasn't accepted, but was already marked for mobile deposit only on the check).
Does the job. You can make mobile deposits, transfer money between accounts, see all your recent transaction, and now it even works with Zelle. I've never had a problem with it.
Love this app. It is very user friendly. They keep maintenance to a minimum and at later hours when we are less likely to be using the app.
App is quick & easy to use. Format has changed but just as easy to use.
It won't open, used to work fine on my old android but it's not working on the s22
actually allows me to deposit a check with photos unlike chase bank app where it crashes when trying to do so

I used to love this app it made everything so easy but now it just opens to a white screen and that's it, so now I have to log on online and it's a pain for what I do, I'm done trying to fix it, update::: they fixed the App and it's working good again I gave it 4 stars because it's the second time they screwed up on updates, the first time I had to get a new phone because it changed and was not backward compatible with my version of Android
