I love this app! I have a rare tissue connectivity disorder that makes exercise excruciating at times. Use this app to stretch prior to my work out has been life changing! Lucky for me, several of the exercises in this app can be easily adapted to be like the exercises my chiropractor gives me. When I don't use this app, my body is so still.

Miracle worker! I did the painful back exercises before bed. I woke up and went shopping. Something was different. Where was the back pain? I am 2 days into using it and where has this been all my life? It did what other back exercise apps haven't! I did something I never do: paid for the full version just as a thanks for helping me. Some sound settings would be good. Sound effects are not relaxing, maybe meditation type bells would be better. Great exercises though.

Fantastic! I can add, change and adjust exercises according to my ability, and there is a written description of each exercise, plus a timed voice, guiding me through each exercise, telling me when to start, change sides and stop. There's also a video of someone performing each exercise, so they're very easy to follow! The app is free - adds can be removed, but they're not invasive. A very good app with exercises that work if you persevere with them.

Loving this app so far. Downloaded it about a month ago. It's a great app for beginners, there are different categories, different exercises, explanations for each exercise. I like that you can also set a reminder to exercise. And the thing I ABSOLUTELY LOVE is you can make your own workout!!! You can pick and choose which exercises you want and create your own workout!!!

I have had spinal fusion in the low back my jaw broke two times, so neck problems, herniated and bulging discs up and down the spine. The chiropractor ends up causing more pain. The physical therapy costs a lot of money at the end of the day and when you're done you never continue doing the exercises. Finally this works great if you do the exercises just pick one, they really work !!!

Great exercises with full explanation of each move (although the English is sometimes a bit off) and a number of tailored programs. I especially enjoyed when the program leads you through each exercise in the routine in turn with timings and matching video. I have not yet created my own programs but that looks like a great option. The app has greatly helped me manage my back pain

Its OK. Good exercises that do help with back pain. Very noisy app. No settings, so no way to disable sounds or change sounds. Lots of metronome sounds, bells, dings, etc. Most Irritating. No optional soothing music, or allow users to choose own, while exercising, which helps when in pain, and relaxes when not.

This app has saved me countless times whenever my back gave out. It helps relieve the pain so that I'm able to move again. Doing the pain relief exercise a few times during the day helps alleviate most of the pain.

Good exercises and they do help. Only thing is I wish there was a voice guiding. It is difficult to watch the phone and do the exercises. With the dings, it is sometimes hard to follow the length of time to hold a position & when to end it without vocal cues!

Have suffered with a persistent low back pain for three years now. Have been to the hospital several times in search of a solution to no avail. I've used it 3 times. Really enjoy the gentle and diverse exercises for a weakened/dysfunctional back. Good setup and function, ease of use - THE ONLY THING MISSING for that 5th star is CLEARER ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS . Although I enjoy the absurdity at times, they are definitely written by a non-English writer and contain many confusing passages.

After trying the Persistent Back Pain Exercise, my back pain was less intense, and my back felt empowered and slightly healthier. Really good app for those suffering from back pain. One thing about the user interface of this app. In app's Navigation Drawer, the text in the labels is not displayed properly. For example, the first text in the drawer is only "wotk-". I use a Lg Spirit device, if that helps.

It is good not great but good the only problem I have against it is that my left arm is messed up so I can't do everything that's in it. Now if my left arm wasn't maybe I would have given it a 5 or 4½ because it should've had a number of sets that goes a long with the reps instead of pushing a button that starts over a certain exercise

Excellent exercise that keeps the body really active, and at most 5 or 6 days will feel the difference. It's amazing
