Overall its basic to intermediate to help loosen up tight back. Personally I have herniated/ Bulged Discs, Degenerative Disc Disease, Stenosis and statics. Doing just half of these exercises helped motivate me into doing exercises and stretching that I learned in physical therapy.
This was what I was looking for. Not just stretching but muscle building in the correct area. My back has been bad now for 2 months so will do this for a while and report back. ok as promised this is my extended review. this series of stretching and muscle excercises do work. if i do these at least a few times a week my back is absolutely fine but stop doing them and its just a matter of time before it goes wrong again. i have my self to blame as my back is now hurting. stretch stretch.
I haven't tried them yet. I'm kinda lazy and usually have people around, but the look inspiring and I look forward to trying them. When I do I hope I can come back and update. The only thing is I'm not a gym person so I don't know how many reps I should do and should we hold the pose on some exercises? Maybe if you could add that. The app would be perfect.
Its been 3 years that i am in severe pain, the back exercises in this app are the only one that i can make without feeling any pain or discomfort. Thank you so much and i recommend to those who are in the same position like me to try these exercises. It really help.
nice app..i am in sevear pain...i takes 2 times physiotherapy sections.after compleating 20 days section i get relefe almost 60 %. after it i download this app un intentinally and yes it works not fast but yes gradually...specially toe exercise is the best one to get fast relef in calf pain...thank you
Started these exercises and felt muscles that I haven't used alot, these exercises are good. I did less repetitions until my body gets use to this
Just like the routine exercises ordered by the physical therepist following my spinal fusion surgery. A good reminder.
My lower back was hurting but after 1 week of using this app, I can even bend, twist and move my back with minimal pain. Its working to me

This app is amazing.
I love this APP I have had 4 major back fusion surgeries. I had gotten acquired scoliosis from a failed back surgery. This is the first place that I've been able to find exercises for my back that I can use. After I complete these exercises I feel better and the best part is I stand straighter and taller. I just need to do them every day or every other day so my core will get stronger. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this app!!!
