I received membership to the app from my employer. Before I started using the app, I was having a lot of pain in my foot due to a sports injury that lead to my arch collapsing, aka fallen arch. I have not been using the app long, but the exercises does seem to be helping. They use guilded videos to show you the proper technique and posture. I'll have to see how it fairs in the long term.
very user friendly and has been informative and helpful.
I definitely feel better afterost workouts. And overall better throughout the day after using this for about a month now.
A good idea ruined by nagging emails and broken up into components you have to purchase, having been told the holistic approach is best! I really wanted to like this, but it annoyed me with its US style slow witted and pushy approach. An intellectual rethink of the user interface would make for a likeable product I would pay for.
Signup seems broken. Endless loop when trying to sign up for a new account. App forces you to enter an employer, no option to skip, but accepts random entry. Then it asks for your email, but rejected two very real ones as not being valid. Deleted the app.
I have used it for month, seems good developed app, but with very limited database of exercises. There about max 15 - 20 exercises which repeats every day - I believe it may bother with time. Also app doesn't take into account in which part you have pain - lower back , upper back, neck, therefore you cannot choose tailored exercises for you
App looks good but i have uninstalled because of the following. It is a shame this app (like so many others) require you to give payment details just to test the trial period. I hate apps like this because they hope you will forget to unregister and pay at least one payment. It would be far beter for apps to allow use for x days then deactivate if no payment is set up.
I was skeptical, but I look forward to every session. Expertly crafted and easy to use even for those with little tech experience. Most effective pain treatment I have tried!
Only been doing it for a few days, loving the slow buildup, but for someone with an injury or who is new to these exercises, there could be more direction, on how to avoid strain, correct/incorrect positions etc
So far not only good for back pain exercises but also a good course on learning about the pain we experience. Also, great communication with a coach that gets back to you for help.
it has in app purchaces not initially declared on android play store. it only lets you use it 7 days free and then you have to pay 60+ per year or 2 per week. avoid! they force you to let them process your data and pass it on. shame really! the dev responded with a repetition of what is already known but not a word about how we can manage our personal data if we want to cancel.
OK, it looks really helpful app and well made, BUT..I don't understand. You want to charge me even before I have any experience with the app or going to charge me after first 7 days of trying it? How this gonna hapend? First you charge me on the 1st day of trial the full amount for 3 months and if I cancel you will refund me after 14 days? or I give you my permision for my money and after 7 days of trial you will charge me ? It's a little bit confusing and incomprehensible. Thanks in advance
This program is motivational and gradual. Perfect for me so far.
This app is a big help in understanding and managing (back) pain, and the calm and interactive layout plus the reminders and the customizeable content are a great motivator. Love it!
Fantastic app, I tried it out a year ago. However now I return to it I see it has become the most expensive app in the whole world (€99/month) so thats the end of that. Cheers.
Very expensive! Once you signed up they ask you to subscribe for a minimum of 2.50 euro a week. If you feel comfortable with that knock yourself out. However this is really just another cash grab.
Absolutely amazing app, it is obvious how much work has gone into it. I happened to know developers personally and can vouch for quality. This is the future of digital health.
the app misleadingly states it's free, but you can't start the 'trial' without entering your credit card information.
Surprisingly easy to use. Found it to be quite enjoyable and has become a few minutes I look forward to each day.
Terrible, it does not even give a demo of the experience before it asks you to pay up 99€. Can't believe this kind of app is getting made in today's day and age.
Love, love, love it. I love the breakdown of the sessions and the videos for reference. I have ecommended it to all my family and friends.
Easy to use
Nothing happening until you put your credit card down. Not even the free trial. of course they don't tell you that u til you have created the account.
The exercises do seem to be reducing some of the chronic pain I've had. I've only done it a few times but will continue.
No individual accounts or a trial? This app has an intriguing idea but maddening in its corporate focus. What does it do? How can Inrecommend it without a trial?
