Back pain relieved
Basic, neat and precise app. Good to see its available in 3rd language option, Punjabi. Simple excercises (suggested in the app) has helped me to get rid of back pain from sitting on office chairs for hours. It's strange how we struggle with back pain on everyday basis which can be managed with some caution.
This is a great app. The exercises are very easy and well instructed. The images helped me to get a correct posture for exercise. This best thing is this has three languages English, Hindi and Punjabi. Just install and get rid of your back pain.
Been doing this everyday for two weeks now after my cardio and gym workout. This is really effective. I can feel the difference already. Don't expect it to work after a day or two. Have patience and do it for one or two months and am sure you'll have better results. I do this after 30 minutes of cardio, 40 minutes of workout and 4 sets of back extension. Regarding the logo of this app, may be I can help design something better?
I've rated 4 because the exercises are good. However, I already implement these very same stretches already every day so I was hoping for something different/new. I drive a van for up to 7 hours a day, and do a days semi manual work on top of that. Add to this the daily training in either body weight or moderate weight lifting....and my back is a mess! It's very painful to side bend and twist/rotate. Also standing for time is very bad. I am thinking that the pain is just something I need to live with?? I use these stretches daily and only get a small amount of temporary relief. Any suggestions for something more advanced maybe??
Dr khatri, after assessing your app, it is evident that lots of projected research has been undergone, hoping Americans too will be benefited by your proven advices. A suggestion, you may do one thing that to change icon of app.
Honestly, you don't need an app for this content. Its just a blog page in different languages. Its annoying that every time you have to press continue to reach the exercises. Disclaimers should be displayed and accepted once. Adding animation and timed exercises can be helpful.
I have disc compression on l5. Some of the excerises recommended by my physiotherapist are listed here.. so far so good.. I ll update the review after a week of doing this.

not helpful... and the worst app I have ever seen
I have big problems with my back i took some medicine nothing happend i discover this app with this exeecise and after 15 min i could stand alone on my feet it s incredible !!!

Simple App with effective exercises. kudos to the doctor. The exercises have immediate effect. I had severe back pain after my football sessions and these exercises helped me relieve them really well
