The stretching was fine, but the instructions were very very big ,I wasn't sure if I was doing the poses right without more pictures than one or a video. And just one more suggestion would be to have some calming music playing in the background. That always helps me to be able to stretch, yet more relaxed while doing it. Its a good app. Some of the instructions are not clear enough. The Spine Lengthening photo has been cut off at the top. The last exercise Spine Stretch instructions are not clear enough.

I'm 63 with slight arthritis; these exercises are almost beginners level but can be used. Remember what your high school gym coach said - "There's NO magic bullet." You have to work into these to get results.

What I would like to see is more of a timed slide show where each pose is given a countdown and timed count down between positions get in the next position. This way I can let just let it play.
