Unreliable garbage. Even basic "login" functionality is broken. Their website isn't any better, either and it blocks you from doing anything until you acknowledge the app. 0/5

Lots of bugs. Cannot choose 12pm as a start time. Also times change from what you select when you try to enter the end time. Reported this problem weeks ago and still not fixed. App is not really useable. Better off using the web version or another app. It appears the select time app hasn't been working for almost a year according to the other reviewers. I don't understand why they can't fix the app after all the negative feedback!!? So this app wins for worst app and support ever!

This app is horrible! First it wouldn't let me click on which state I was in. The box was totally grayed out and you were unable to move forward because it requires the state. Well then let me click on it! Then, it said "county required" but there was NO box to choose a county! This app and this COMPANY is TERRIBLE. People need back-up assistance and reimbursement during this unforseen pandemic, and they are deliberately not wanting to help, although the illusion of "offering" help is there.

The app is absolutely fine, I didn't have any issues with it. However the company is absolutely awful. Requested care a week in advance but they didn't provide the childcare requested. They didn't provide an update on the prog so I could arrange something else. The five time I called not once someone was helpful or cared. We ended up without any childcare in the end. I will definitely feed this back at work and hopefully they will choose a much competence provider. Stay away from this company.

Dont even bother to install ! Have not been a ble to use it for two weeks now it keeps giving a error message. If you are trying to download the app in effort to complete a reservation dont waste your time and if you call the customer service it keeps saying they are not accepting calls!! Very frustrating system

Very good service, very bad app. When I try open the app, I would guestimate that I have a 20% success rate of it actually loading. The rest of the time it gets stuck at the splash screen and never loads.

Thank you for updating me! App is working great now! Can't open app! As soon as I install the app and try to open there is a pop-up message that says a new version is available in the play store. But when i go back to the store there isn't and just opens the same version with the same pop up message.

Terrible app, didn't work for me. Multiple bugs with the time select field. You can't choose the times you need, times change randomly. Still the worst app of all time! Doesn't load, doesn't work!

Too many error messages. Not allowing me to request additional time. I've sent plenty of defect emails through the app. Missing reservations even though I have the confirmation numbers. Can't access anyone in customer service. Just one big migraine

App is currently not allowing you to request care. The screen just loads continuously until it times out. I had to go to the actual website to request care. Before this the app nor the website allows you to schedule care that rolls into the next day i.e. from 6pm to 1230am that night. I always end up having to call if it spills over midnight. The representative always say just click the button for "overnight" but that button is nowhere to be found on the app nor the website

This app is not user friendly. Trying to get info on reimbursement. Set reservation in error then cancelled it and I was charged $61. and no care was provided. I am unable to get in contact with anyone to resolve. I need help not additional charges.

Unbelievably poor app Unable to booking a reservation, works when I book using the website App navigation isn't that intuitive The contact us telephone number is invalid Clicking on app sugessions, feedback etc opens the android sharing screen. Not really sure what the aim here

doesn't work - can't change the hours from pm to am so I can't find a provider bc it thinks i want night care (I don't) and my location isn't open then so i can't progress. told to use this useless app when i called in bc the website stopped working in chrome on my phone. told to use desktop ie. i don't use a pc. will be phoning in all my reservations from now on i suppose.

Your app says there is an update and then links to the Play Store. The app on the Play Store apparently is not the current version so it doesn't work at all. Your web app is also useless and won't let me register.

I installed the app. Proceed to sign up. Once you sign up, it ask you to sign in. Then proceed to say you email is invalid. I had this email for a dozen years. Maybe I typed it in wrong. Nope. Still invadid. Useless app.

It says my email is invalid when I set up. My email is correct. There is no option to let me speak to customer service about this matter to fix it. I simply cannot sign in and set up my profile. I called the phone number and have been on hold for over an hour to speak to customer service. No answer .

This app was alright at first. Then when calling BH didn't work, I turned to this app. After 2 weeks, it stopped allowing you to sign into backup childcare due to COVID-19. It's a waste of space and time!

No longer allows me to request care without a credit card or bank account entered. My back up care is employer funded, so there is no need for my financial information, but it won't allow me to schedule without it anymore.

Every time I open the app, a pop up displays and says there is a new version available to download. When I click to download the new version, it brings me to the one I have already downloaded. I cannot use the app at all.

Don't waste your time with this App. App will keep telling you wrong user name and password. If you manage to log in you get a similar message that this app is not available at this time and to use thier website. There is no way to talk to a live person, apps does not work, no response from their team even after sending them multiple emails, there ai chat is useless and someone is canceling my reservations. Worst company to deal with and I am suppose to trust my children to this company.

Worst app worst company , they have no space in general. They are not there when you need it. The app is useless as it does not give proper update and when you call them you can wait hours on the phone.

For crisis care reimbursement, I get error "Location not found", and there is no UI for entering location. Please fix. Once you fix, I will change review to 5 stars.
