Does not work.. Bluetooth connected but app cannot recognized that and reported no device connected..

Worst battery drains within 2 minutes, even though shows, full battery, but within 2 min devuce us switched off

Last update was in 2016! How can that be? Please update firmware. Thanks.

Worst headset I have ever purchased. No Bass and awful sound quality. Not only that, the latest version of the firmware as pushed by this crap app is buggy - after every full charge, the volume will be minimised and you have to manually put it back up again. This app never detects the headset properly unless you reset it all and specify for it to go connecting. *STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PRODUCT*

Just got my BackBeat Go 3, downloaded the app, and wanted to update it. I left it charging and didnt use my phone but it failed halfway and now the LEDs are just blinking pink and I couldn't do anything, couldn't even connect to it

My PLT is undiscoverable to my phone. Bluetooth can find every other device except these headphones. App can't even discover them. Complete waste of time and money

I fail to understand what the app even does to help. I tried to update the firmware and it won't even let me do that. It says to plug into a power source and when I do it disconnects the headset thus, preventing me from applying the update. Download Plantronics Hub for a battery indicator.

Buds keeps dropping music midway recently. Happens to all apps I am using... YouTube, Spotify, podcast etc it's not streaming issue coz it happens to medias I fully downloaded too. Please advise solution asap!

App does nothing to add any settings or functionality to the headphones. only a means of updating firmware if needed.

Connects to my Note 5 and Note 8. I hope the firmware will support Google Pixel 2 quick connect.

Handy but needs a battery level indicate for the headphones, really this is just the instructions with a firmware update.

Will not recognise my Samsung S8+ even though connected to the Backbeat Go3 . Tried restarting the phone and reinstalling this program. Nothing works to get this app to recognise my connection. Good idea if it worked.

My BBG 3s just arrived today. This app doesn't seem to do much. Should be handy for F/W updates but already up to date otherwise don't see much in the way of settings to do much.

But interesting to see what's in the pipeline. Weird it doesn't have battery indicator like the old version..

Notthing more than that, what a pity.
