Background Check BeenVerified

Every time I tried to do a search, I get a "no information found" message. Their "Frequently asked questions" says to cancel your account, search for the app in Google app store. Click on "cancel tab". The only problem with that is that there is no "cancel tab" on the site.

Well, first of all this app is everything it says it is. That is important to me as many times i have been quite dissapionted when the application you access through google play (the demo) is not anything like what you actually get. Additionally, for the reasons that i wanted a service that gives you the information that i required this works perfectally. I have been paying month to month for access and BeenVerrified has never dissapointed me in the almost 40 months that i have been a customer

Beenverified worked perfectly for years. Now They force an update on you. The old version does not work so you must update. I updated 4 times yet the you must update screen continues to appear. Don't get this program until they find out why they destroyed it

Was quite a good app. Now a dog among dogs. It was a very good app. Could get some things but not intrusive, just basic information. Now cannot do anything around anything, about anything, and information about anything. But you are in a walled cell, of pay us for anything but the first 2 pages. Inter your information wanted, and boom nothing about nothing but pay us little man. It is a worthless piece of code that the programmer should seek spiritual forgiveness.

They charged more than once. You may try to do a one time search and cancel and think your are done. But you are not. I see it wasnt a single charge but $16.95 for the past four months. Do not use this service. Scam company that doesn't stop secretly charging.

UI could be better. Update: the UI looks old and circa 2000. Make it sharper looking and update the color scheme. Perhaps use a different more up to date framework?

Used to be a subscriber for $15 a month for several months. I cancelled it and then resubscribed at $22! I am stuck in a loop on top of that. It won't show me anything and when I click to search it still states I need a subscription. So I click on subscribe and it says error, you are already a member. Restarted the app, same thing. No updates for it either. Very disappointed. Requesting a refund.

I just installed the app to use on my account that I just re activated today and the app claims there is no account at all..... what kind of garbage is this? Oh and by the way, the website said I could use the service for 1 dollar for 1 week and I got charged 29 bucks....

I have scrambled icons thought it must have been my phone nope the app isn't properly working I contacted support with email tags back and fourth support says it's the app version. what does this mean I'm unsubscribing

I've searched for a Gmail account and paid for the information and they can't help me!! I really wished that I knew of a reversed email address that was actually free and when they give you the information then charge you instead of charging me first

Does not give you what you pay for. Searches show no criminal records for people that do have criminal records. And I'm paying for a premium service and the premium service is the criminal records. That seems like false advertising to me. I do not recommend. When I spoke to them about it they told me they were constantly expanding their databases. They've been around too long to fail criminal background check in my opinion.

Just downloaded yesterday so far I'm impressed. Easy-to-use, affordable at $29.99 mo. Expands seamlessly to include relatives, Associates, neighbors, past addresses, jobs, Etc. I did find inaccuracies, but very easy to notify them of corrections that need to be made. Now I'll wait to see how long it takes!

I have called my bank to return this recurring payment. This is probably the 3rd time trying. Anyone know how to stop Been Verified?

Has problems with renewing subscription, won't allow me to renew, nor does it allow me to purchase because it says already owned. Having problem because I have 2 different phones on my same account and won't let me search on the account I paid on, had to cancel subscription then renew andtry to search again in which it still will not let me search. Please fix asap

In all fairness. I can describe my experience with been verified, as a great source of older information. I guess I could say one thing that I do not like is the fact that if you arrive on someone's information, you have the option of changing that information. My opinion, this should not happen. The only ones allowed to change information should be the provider of the service. I would ask Been Verified to lock this door. After all YOU are the ones i rely on to substantiate the information.

I've actually had Experian notifications via email about my own information being found on the dark web several times but never gotten anything through this app. I do think it's an amazing app for searching for people. Some of the information is outdated and could be tied to socal media a little better but what it does have it's really good with

The unlimited trial is NOT unlimited. App is slow. And when I made my initial search it stated that there were 8 results. So I made a purchase. After the purchase, all of a sudden there were no results. So this is what we have come to here!

The info it finds is way off and inacurate. I literally put in everything but their social security number and it will take me to someone with a different age and try to tell me that's the person I'm looking for. Really good for false information if that's what you want. I paid for a full subscription I'm very disappointed

Not worth the money. 9 out 10 searches come back with "zero" information. I get dar more information by doing a Google search & that's free.

I signed up for a 7 day trial for $1 after getting my information credit information now I can't log in I can't use my email address or password and I can't even get a reset sent to my email. So now they're trying to get me to spend some more money to use the app this is ridiculous!!!!

All wrong information on me! I paid for it several times in the last year and every time it gets worse someone else is using my email addresses and changing my info and they're letting it happen so they're not worthy everything's wrong the address they got all these extra social medias I've never even heard of people are not related to as relatives associates that I do not even know. App is decent when it comes to background search apps. It's somewhat accurate. However, it has a lot of annoying discrepancies within the app. For example, you may search a specific address and it will say it does not exist. However, check another app such as white pages, and it will pull up possible residents, then search those specific residents on beenverified, and THEN it pulls up the supposed non-existent address as being their current address in the records. Lots of things like that.

I tried this app it is way outdated like way outdated it doesn't catch up for a while so I did cancel they continue to charge my account I want to get that resolved but nobody seems to get it resolved I call they say oh yeah be taken care of sorry about the inconvenience blah blah blah well here it is two three months later and it's still charging me

When looking for a specific business this place will send you every business in the area, no matter how large, every business there is for the same type your searching for. If I wanted all the businesses that's what I would have put as my search criteria. Very irritating

App is trash now, can't even search anything at all without paying for it

Having issues using app. I purchased 3 months and it keeps looping to add again. It doesn't recognize that I already purchased a plan. I closed and opened again, same issue.
