Background Recorder

This app is a beast. Everything you need in one spot. Samsung users can long press the notification and turn it off altogether and nobody would ever tell its running. I would pay and buy ad free version but there isn't such option, so I'm supporting by posting this review.

Great app. Lately not so reliable, it happens that sometimes, when I trigger it, it doesn't work unless I reopen the app. Also, please add a maximum time limit and a restart video after x minutes feature.

I like it but video orientation is playing up. When I installed it today I could change from portrait to landscape & back again & on playback it worked perfectly, but now it only plays back as if I was always holding the camera vertically even though I changed the orientation to horizontal. I uninstalled it a few times, played with camera settings & on playback a new video was horizontal again, but after I turned the camera vertically during filming then horizontal again it stayed vertical.

It is an easy interface but I feel that it takes a little too long to start if in an emergency situation. It would also be helpful if it could upload to Google drive or other option to protect the evidence from being deleted.

awesome app but please give option to save records in memory card. because high quality video wants more space. it takes only one photo. provide facility to take many photo at a set interval i am eagerly waiting for this wonderful app updating for my android version 10.0.please tell me when will I get it

Nice app... does the task exactly the way it's described the only problem is it doesn't support password protecte system, I mean, it's really easy for anyone to open the app and read it's main agenda... I hope, the developer would add this function early as possible.

Thanks for your response. I forgot to change review. It was working fine after your suggestion. Can you add one feature to make automatically small audio clips and upload on Google drive? Skip silence.

it doesn't work. it requires a lot of improvement. After enabling the volume button, the normal feature of volume button doesn't work. This app is completely disabling the volume button for other and default work to increase and decrease the volume.

When I downloaded this app it worked on the first day but when I tried to do on the next day audio which I recorded was unable to hear. When I did it on first day it was working properly but on next day I was unable to hear any of the thing which I recorded from the another app. I would give five stars if my this issue will be sorted in the upcoming update. Please put the update of high quality audio and which can be worked in other app easily.

The app needs to be run in background to make volume button work, otherwise its just like any other app. Hopefully the volume button works seamlessly with any apps running
