Worked great. The ability to restore from a backup into messaging on a new phone would be nice, if that is even possible. As it is though I still have a copy of all the correspondence I needed.
Nice app but I can't get it to save to my SD card. It won't let you browse to it. Bought full version and still can't save to SD.
Locates all message attachments and appears to allow saving them. But it does not save the SMS along with the attachment.
I was able to export all my images. thanks!!!
Thanx, works exactly as needed
Works exactly as advertised. Don't bother looking anywhere else. Very simple to use.
I like the app. I do wish it had the option to not duplicate images (or overwrite existing). If you run the app more than once you get a lot of duplicated images. Too bad we have to go through all this save and restore SMS and save only MMS. My Windows phone did all this built in and backed up and restored SMS and MMS automatically. On a phone restore everything just came back....
Did exactly what it was supposed to do. Also, it did not limit me to 200 pics like Save MMS did. The developer was very responsive to my questions.
Wow great program... Scans fast and then saves the images, audio, and video MMS files fast. I had 4,088 items that it saved in no time. Highly recommended if you want to extract all those items from your text messages in no time!
App worked well with the attachments it could find and did so relatively quickly for 1000+ pics, audio files and videos. The only thing that could improve is that it didn't grab all my pics and videos (maybe limited by a date range or a quantity?)
I purchased the Pro version last year. Just installed v.1.12 on LG V20. It is working great now!
It works great at retrieving images but I can't find them downloaded anywhere. There is supposed to be a folder named Backup_MMS but I can't find it to add to Google photos. Help?!?
Would be better if you could use to transfer mms messages and attachments to other devices
Doesn't work, tried 3 times
Did absolutely nothing
Love it just wish it had scheduler to auto back up and upload to Google Drive or something without having to remember to do it
I am having the same issue as Matt P. described on 2/3/17. It says it is fetching, but other than that nothing is happening. Hoping this issue gets fixes soon. I really need a reliable MMS saver app. I have a Samsung S5.
Sometimes I'm looking for that odd receipt my friend sent me but I text TOO MUCH to scroll through them all. Love this for looking at all my MMS in one easy to use interface.
Selecting which images to download is not a basic feature of the free app.
Stuck on fetching attachments for over an hour now.
Worked great. Exactly what I needed to backup my attachments.
It has said "fetching attachments" for the past 4 hours and hasn't fetched anything... Suggestions?
I paid for the pro version thinking that would make the app work properly and I would be able to save my photos as .PNG but it continually says "fetching attachments" and never shows any attachments. I'm going to ask for my money back, this app was a waste.
I just got a new Galaxy phone..this app made it easy for me to download all my attachments before switching
Terrible, don't bother. It's great at pulling up old, irrelevant media. But couldn't save new media from messages.
Looks to me that this app is a copy of the great application "Save MMS attachement". Poor app that has lots of missing feature : - can't select destination folder - can't save all attachment type - doesn't have automatic backup - low quality image... In a word, doesn't have quality features and usability of other lookalike apps.
I thought app was going to work great. It looked through my messages for attachments as soon as I opened it saying "fetching attachments". It looked through and found 2K items and I clicked the disk icon to download them. It started to download them. I could see the status and it was taking a while so I let it sit. When I came back to check on it, for a few times it was still going and then the last time it was back to the "fetching attachments" message. It had downloaded a little over 500 items and it wasn't moving. I let it run overnight but it made no difference. I rebooted my phone and renamed my download folder. When I opened the app again, it immediately went back to the "fetching attachments" message but it still doesn't appear to be doing anything and a new folder wasn't created. I'd like some support but I don't have contact information for the developer so I hope they will respond here.
