There are so many apps out there for adults (18+) to make money and earn, but what about the youth? BackYards solves this problem by focusing our efforts to give young people a way to make money and earn. We use a method that focuses on giving the general youth in residential neighborhoods a means to earn extra money via a mobile application hosting the platform to meet users who help or need help. We are different, we give young people the ability to earn money around their community and contribute back through honest work.
Do you remember as a kid going door to door in your neighborhood asking to rake, shovel, or cut to earn a few bucks? Well, those days are gone. BackYards gives its users the ability to earn money in their neighborhood by connecting them with users called Needers. Needers post certain yard task which appears in the form of a map marker visible to all Helpers nearby. It also allows its users to post various yard work projects they need to be done. Users called "Helpers" help by doing the work the "Needers" need to be done.
How to use BackYards application:
Helpers:
Merely sign in or register, then modify your settings by adding an image (optional), the work you do, and your contact information. Go to your map and look for icons on the map to appear which are those who need work done. A Needer will see your map marker and if you have the right skill you could be selected to complete the job. If you receive a request to do a job you can either reject or accept it.
Needers:
Merely sign in or register, then modify your settings by adding an image (optional) the work you need to be done, and your contact information. Press the Request Service button to have your map icon appear to Helpers nearby. A Helper will accept the job and contact you. Remember to check the Helpers skill set to see if they are a good fit for your yard project. BackYards does not regulate prices, each Needer getting work done by a Helper should discuss an acceptable rate for service.
Removing your Map marker:
Log out of BackYards to remove your map marker. You will be unavailable to receive the work task or submit a work request.
Messaging Your Clients:
As you begin to build clients you will want to store their contact information. Backyards app lets you store contacts under a group name, which you may call the "Neighborhood" name. You can message Needers or Helpers one-on-one or create group chats.
Earn money on your own free time. We give our users the flexibility to earn on their own time, according to their own schedule. Users can make as much as they want with BackYards App!
