I liked it.It may have an error on the map view for not finding things in circles area and the list view says there's too many to ask but shows nothing.but may be do to not setting up my routes prior to search so means you can't get a list without setting up routes first. Still useful manually looking on map. I needed to make space so I didn't test everything. But it only gives 1 day trial max 3 day if you agree to it.i didn't. I dont know what happens after 1 day trial is over.
Been in sales for a few years now and I must say great app, definitely worth it. Actually manages to save some time and money with the route optimization. What really sets it apart is the data integration though. combining my calendar , sales reports , and client list while planning my route really helps.
I advise anyone one the $9 dollar a month plan to check their billing statements. Badger thought it would be OK to bump my monthly subscription 468% and start billing me $42 dollars a month without me agreeing to the cost hike since they sent an email two months ago that didn't require my confirmation. I found out an email was sent because they told me that on the phone in a very in a very nonchalant way, and when I told them I didn't agree to the new subscription price; they said it was in their terms of service that they could raise their price and charge me whenever they want. I enjoyed using your mapping service when it was working properly but won't do business with companies like you!!!
When I started in sales, I looked for a program that made custom account mapping simple and straight forward. Badger does just that. You can create custom account fields, import bulk account info, one touch dial for prospecting, map your routes, and input call/email/check ins in no time. It is worth every dollar. I map a route for tge day in minutes and pull it uo in the app and it will give me turn by turn directions with one touch check-ins, notes, and on to the next prospect. Amazing.
What's the point of inserting a follow up date? If you don't give a reminder.... Make the account the default. Not the search.
the app works extremely well for route planning, with only a few bugs. for instance, sometimes Google maps will open up and take you to the correct street but not the exact address. I'm not sure if this is a badger or Google problem. I rely on it for my business
Updated version is almost everything I hoped for. This is way more streamlined like IOS is. I finally have route mode back! I give four stars because this product is too pricey for those of us on the entry level plan. $42 per month still seems outrageous to me.
It's great when it works but when it doesn't work it's really really really frustrating And it doesn't work about 2/5 of the time that I go to use it. Sometimes it locks me out of all of my accounts and filters and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app
I would usually rate this app much higher but it failed me at a moment I really need it. Currently in a new territory and really needed the route planning aspect but out of nowhere the app went blank. I've restarted my phone, closed and opened the app multiple times, and nothing seems to work.
Great app with a ton of good tools. However I can not get the navigation to work on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. This phone is only a year old so the technology should be functional with this app. Other than this issue it works great.
Amazing! This is exactly what my company needed. Three only thing keeping me from giving it 5 Stars is that there is a bug on android that does is interrupting the navigation functionality. If they fix this, I'll give it 5.
I have tried multiple mapping tools, and as a local insurance agent, this is By Far the best I've used. Very good interface on both web and mobile, absolutely excellent and responsive customer support.
Its great for routing, when your able to actually route. It keeps freezing and takes forever to click on a address to move it up or down. This app needs a serious update.
Unusable. When I try to add an account, it keeps erasing the name of the account. A screen keeps popping up asking me for my team size and phone number. I keep filling out the form but it keeps popping up again.
Beutiful easy to use map that allows you to see clearly the places you need to go. The note feature is cool too. This app allows me to shave a whole 1 off my time and made it to where i handle larger routes and make more money
I love using this app! If you hate not having a good mobile CRM while in the field, or adequate routing options, this app is for you! If you are an outside sales rep period, this app is for you! My territory includes ALL Southern California except SD and OC counties. Yes, including Kern and imperial. That's a lot of miles!!! Planning my day and trips is crucial and I remember this app from my last job so decided to give it a try. The price may seem high, but the increase is justified! Worth it!
the last update made a huge difference in app stability. It is invaluable to me as a sales tool. The online version is powerful and has increased my workflow.
It has a lot of annoying bugs. Colors wont load properly for the bubbles. Notes save to the wrong stores. Some buttons don't even work.
This app is full of garbage and full of bugs, most times the routes won't load so I have to force stop it multiple times. App needs a lot of work!
Can only add addresses stored in My Accounts in the app. Cannot retrieve addresses from My Contacts or search by business name. Can add addresses to My Accounts in the app by typing the address or dropping a pin on the map, but selecting a business name displayed on the map only brings up GPS coordinates, not the address or the business name.
Badger had been instrumental in decreasing my miles traveled and increasing my calls per day. I've increased sales by having better information on customers as well as finding more prospects. It's worked so well that I was recently successful in getting Badger implemented into our organization.
It's definitely a good app if you have your own personal business that involves sales. Lately it has been glitching and it will not make a route Out of my stops.
