Every time I open the app all it does is tell me to update out with the old in with the new there is no update. Thank you for the reply. I I am still experiencing this issue I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it for I think the fourth time and still experience the same problem if we can't get it fixed this time I would just like a refund since I can't use it and never have been able to.
200 credits to message someone is a complete rip off. It used to be 10 credits. I personal am sick and tired of apps like these using people's loneliness to line there own Pocket. Can't even enter the app now as it seems to be locked on a update wanted screen with no update available and no way out of the loop.
They keep blocking my account when I haven't done anything wrong. Then they contact them to fix it but it does not give you a way how. Crazy after I paid for a premium account they block it. Its just a way to get money
This is the most criminal software to steal people's money. once you purchase the software, it will be telling you pictures error and it can't be used. my money had been stolen by the developer though, because I purchased. always picture verification. useless!
Update - Don't fall for this people, one week is over and i have no Premium version, nobody took care to fix this and they take money for nothing. Stay away! Badoo - i sent you plenty of emails, i contacted you also on the feedback page. Nothing was done. Shame on you!!! "What kind of answer is that?? I have payed for this one week premium version!!!! Why it has NO premium features??? What is exactly that €2,89 that i payed for??
Read the reviews ..when its working, all is fine but the negetives about the app are also very true. They are just taking your money, hell thats what the are suppose to do. Just now install the app for the update which I have paid for and now I am in a loop. Hit the install then open takes me back to install then open again back to stall. I am just about done with this app...
Paid version but still ads. 150 credits for every new chat. Be careful! No matter if you have the paid membership. I noticed the credit cost increased, the more credit I'd spend.
DO NOT INSTALL....waste of time and money .... I bought this premium version YEARS ago yet I am constantly asked to pay again..... furthermore they are more ads in this paid version than the free one and the "super powers" I never received them.....
Made a payment for a useless app. How comes that it pops a window that prompts you to update, but there's no update available? Are your brains lacking certain basic capabilities? We users deserve a refund or a compensation for this situation. It was not our fault nor our responsibility to stop updating. It was you who slacked off on designing the required update.
Was previously locked out of account due to update message malfunction but fixed now. Issue had been intermittently ongoing for sometime so if it doesnt come back after next update I will move to 3 stars
Tried to force an update on me, but there is no update?? -UPDATE- Play Store says I am using the latest version. No ability to update, yet the app itself says there's an update and won't allow me to do anything unless I update (which I can't)
New update only takes you to the new update on Google play and blocks you from being on the site. No more site access, guess its time to leave and spend money elsewhere. Running the latest paid for version, and that's a failure. :(
The app won't even install on my phone, tried clearing cachce, restarting etc. Badoo works, but Badoo premium doesn't and noe I can't even refund because I tried to install it twice.
Splash screen when open badoo. Keeps showing update and when click on udpate it brings to Google play store n it does not have the update button. Only uninstall and open :(
I just got this app & it's a lie. There's no premium on this app & I don't see the point in purchasing the app if it doesn't do anything you say.. I'm completely disappointed & could have kept the basic app for this. It's all bad
This is very bad apps. I suggest to everyone don't install it coz I but this and when I get in the app they are asking more Money for premium. What the hell is this who do like that. ??? Really hate it and waste of money.
I just downloaded this app and it wont let me add my birthdate to verify my age. I have a tablet, I tried with onscreen keyboard and external keyboard. Can you help me fix this problem, please?
Trash and a Scam. Do not believe their terms and service they dont ask for authorization on paypal purchases so i ended up spendint 159$ on a lifetime premium that delivers nothing. Badoo then proceeded to send me and email saying they could not refund it do to their terms and services despite it saying that there was a fourteen day period before it was non reimbursable.
This app keeps taking my money, even after I cancelled the weekly payment almost a month ago. It takes it out of my account when it wants, and I can't stop it now. what do I do?
Having the same problem as everyone else. Open app. App tells me to update. Tap on link and it takes me here with no update available.
Why a different app if it only gives a week premium. It's actually misleading and a very cheap way to steal the money!
There is some bug issue. Always saying to update but actually no update available on Playstore. I have subscription for life time

it is not supposed that if i buy badoo premium i all ready paying for the premium options? so why i have to make an in app purchase if i already payed for that service when i buyed the app... thats why i solicited a refund.
Promoting to update although I have the latest version and doesn't work! This issue has been resolved before. Please fix it!
so i paid 2.99 for this premium yet i still have to pay for the premium in the app aswell explain to me why i have to pay twice then refund my money
Update: splash screen when opening app that tells me to update. Clicking button does nothing and no update in Play Store Paid lifetime and at the end of the night discovered this app to download. Still not sure what I paid for. I found the 'undo' arrow on the last choice so I guess something is recognized, but cant tell anything else apart.
