BAEMIN - Food delivery

Huynh Minh Nhat is a member of dev team, he recommended this app to me. He is a talent, skilled dev and very friendly, described by E-commerce lecturer Luong Vi Minh - his beloved teacher. Anyway, It's very good app, full of features, and better than other platform that I used to. Amazing!

Useless app, just losing your time and money Any time I order a food they have no driver, but they charge my card anyway. Be careful, this app will charge your banking card and deliver zero. The money return takes up to 30 days.

Alway can't find a rider, must cancelled to find another for several time First alway running for 1 hours, ít really big big need to fix to avoid bad experience service

After I have created an account on this app, I couldn't even make an order delivery because the main menu wouldn't load. I checked the Internet connection but it was fine. However, since the UI was user-friendly enough, it saved the app a little bit. But overall, not a good experience for me. Edit: alright, the main menu has loaded because I turned Location services on but still

At first, i was very exciting to try out Baemin. However, after using your service around a dozen times, i have noticed some inconveniences. I want to point them out and hopefully you guys can fix them as well as improve. First, there's no hot line/customer service number in apps. Secondly, when my order gets cancelled, sometimes there was no notifications. And lastly, i was disappointed that there was also no explanation for my order to get cancelled (from shippers or systems)

Awful app and customer service. There is no way for customers to interact with the driver other than a phone call. The driver calls right after an order is made? That was the case today when the driver cancelled the order without my knowledge, taking the 60% off promotion with it. UPDATE 9/24/19: After some email interacting with the brand, they are working on improving the app. The promotion given was a nice gesture and my last delivery went well. Let's see how the app evolves.

There should be a report/review function for restaurant/ food stall. Some are terrible. Texting in location description is still malfunctioning, can't type in capital, crash. Can't track driver's location. I have to input my card information whenever I want to pay cashless. By the way, service is ok. Hope the team to improve.

Totally disappointed. The orders were unsuccessful but it still charged my money (I pay by Credit card). This even happened 2 times. I don't use this app anymore. For me, this bug is unacceptable because it violated the very basic principle of transaction, developers must fix this problem as soon as possible. I contacted the Customer Service to ask for help but they handled it slowly. I haven't received any refund yet.

Absolutely garbage. Doesn't work half the time, clicking on menu items does nothing, sometimes half the menu disappears. And on top of that, during certain hours no drivers can be found. Hire more drivers and better developers. I would give a 0 if I could.

BAEMIN is running a fake ads on Facebook and inviting new users to download their app for a free meal but they are lying. By the way, expensive foods & drinks with high shipping fee. Not recommended.

1. The app crashs sometimes, and takes too long to load content on both internet and 4G connection. 2. First using experience was quite bad. Menu price on app was lower than at the seller's shop so they called me asking for extra payment. Not enough characters here to tell the full story but it was pretty messed up. Hope it'll be improved to be better.

Great app, tons of promotions, but there is still room for improvements. Search engine is horrible. If I only type part of the name of a store, no results will be found. Or if I want certain types of food, typing in those food does not work half of the time. I had to go to Now to search for stores that have the food I want and go back to Baemin for promotions. If Baemin can improve their searching tool, it would be a better competitor. Also, making preorder feature available would be great!

It's a very good app and very convenient. You can get a decent meal at any time during the day. The only annoying thing is that drivers call you when you place the order, then when they are going to deliver it to you and then when they arrive. For some reason they also want to confirm the address. This is really annoying but further than than it's an ok app. :)The baemin team have replied my comment. Thanks for that, I just hope that the drivers are encouraged to read the messages sent to them.

Looks like a great food ordering app however there are many problems with glitches. I couldn't even register an account ("next" button couldn't be presses the first time I put in a phone number, app will not register when I tap the box for the verification number, name and email was fine but when I try to put in a password it won't let me click next no matter how many characters I had, tried letters, numbers, capital, and special symbols. Would download again if these were fixed.

One of my favorite food delivery apps. The app works fine for me, no problem with the registration or payment process. I don't experience any "lag". The delivery is quick, and so far, the shippers are friendly. One of the reason why I enjoy using it is because of the discount coupons. They offer exclusive discount everyday!! Another cool thing is the app's graphic design. I hope the company would expand the "delivery area" bigger. I can't order food from restaurants that is 5km away from me.

This app is still bad even when they charge customers a fee to "help maintain and improve the platform" per order. Glad to know this app "improved" so much it can't recognised my GPS location even when I'm standing right there, using the location's wifi and keep asking again time after time if my location is correct, which was NOT an issue before. Please send my regards to your technical personel for my wonderful experience in encountering bugs after bugs. Or are they called features now?

Vietnammm was the best food-order app in VN. Bought/replaced by this group, I can't enter my exact address, I just have to choose somewhere on a map and hope- a major flaw given Hanoi/HCMC's side alleys. The menus are a fraction of Vietnammm- coffee isn't even listed on the menu at the COFFEE SHOP up the way. Updated the app, address selection still sucks and doesn't allow clear input=driver insisted I go find him wherever he stopped. Menu selections still suck. I just call places direct now.

Cons: (I'm sorry but there are many) - Bugs (can not send the order if there are more than ten items,...) - Lack of should have features: item's picture, shipper location's tracking (I had to wait for more than 1 hours, shipper said there was a long queue at the store, but I don't think that was the reason. I think he accepted too many orders and didnt finished delivery on time, because the food already got cold when I received them, although the store is only 2km away, and also, wrong order.

Marts and convenience stores are bugged. The items are constantly changing from unvailable (whitish filter) to available. You can order both types of items but most of the time they are unavailable which leads to a big waste of time. Please return the old interface.

Terrible app. Vietnammm was far more usable and had far more choice and menu items and didnt have the awful grab food style delivery that allows you to input the whole order submit it, only to tell you it cannot be delivered. I never had a problem with this on Vietnammm and now it's a chronic issue. Cannot stand it when bigger companies with worse service take over. I will order directly from vendors I already know and unfortunately the ones I would have tried previously will lose my business.

There is no way to turn off specific notification from app???

So far many of the restaurants have only a few items from their menus. Also, the app keeps crashing everytime I try to open up my ongoing order. They get three stars as the delivery person made sure I got it and the restaurants are helpful.

Very good customer care facility. The driver is also very polite. However, the app needed a separate item to add a bank card instead of just adding it in the pay section and immediately take money when i confirm the card, I had a little trouble with it. Thankfully, the driver and customer care facility were very good. I will continue to use Baemin's service in the future and I will be very happy if you can make some adjustments

Disappointing. The app is available in Vietnamese only, no English option. Almost no menu items have pictures provided. They are slow and have a high percentage of cancellations. Somewhat glitchy app. After you make an order they call your phone to confirm it, if you dont answer they will cancel your order. Ridiculous that it only serves D1 and D3. The most outrageous thing is that they bought out and took over a delivery app that was also available in English and delivered to all districts.

I'm not sure if the app's working well on my Blackberry Keyone. I was excited to those compliments about cute UI, however the first impression of mine using it is such a white blank screen which keeps blinking. I will try again later, so 3 neutral stars for now. Hope newbie BAEMIN could stay and fight for long.

80% of the time the app can't find drivers!!! zalo pay takes over 10 minutes to process and then it errors out!!need to go through each promotion code manually to see if its applicable to a specific restaurant!! Someone needs to read the comments and redesign the app as the app is complete garbage.. They don't have enough drivers either so getting a driver is generally pure luck ... Stopped using it..

For services and food : it's good. For app: too long to load content, crash at chances -> cannot order anything (even I use another phone to download and install, it cannot be downloaded during crash time), GPS need to be improved. Others: cannot write feedback for drivers, or rate for food, driver location and his travelling should be showed on map.

I encountered the exact same problems about cancelling orders due to not able to find drivers. I got 3 consecutive ordered cancelled even though I have waited for more than an hour before putting my order again. I didn't know I should remove the promo coupon like other peers. But 3 orders, that was quite an amount of money and when I called the help center they gave me a vague answer about when I should receive my refund. They didn't seem to care so much about their customers' problems.

I can not close menu and can not go to payment page. I have tried many times but cannot payment and the app allway show the message like: you address too far :( Beside the interface pretty much nice. Please check app carefully when realise to the user. I use Samsung galaxy A8 :(

Too many bug and slow response time. I have use this app three times and each time it took me 15 minutes to finish any order. The only saving grace that prevent me from deleting it for now is the constant promo and discounts. Don't know if this can go on
