In Amsterdam the app works fine but 3x the facilities that I took my luggage to were either closed or denied any knowledge of the company and that they were listed. The customer services were helpful and refunded but that doesn't distract from the fact that there was no service.
Radical storage partner in Barcelona was within a general store without any security measures, no locker or individual storage places. I had no trust to leave my luggage there (due to security reason) and I cacelled my reservation, the person there in the shop confirming I would be refunded. In fact when i got it contact with appl customer support they refused the refunding even though I did not used their services. I would not recommend the service

It's a good idea, and has potential, but I returned early due to weather and couldn't get a refund for unused days. And when I originally bookedi put in the wrong time, and didn't find a way to change it. Also, the storage area was kind of open to all hotel guests, so I'm not sure I feel it was all that secure. Obviously no better than if I'd just left it with reception.
Great option to leave your bags instead of carrying them around all day if you have a late train.
For a start, the app itself has a lot of serious problems. It's frustrating how often it forces you to log in, cities are listed in an impossibly arbitrary order, dates are shown in that confusing US format, the maps lack important detail, and distances are expressed in 'miles' and other anachronisms. And then, even though I paid for my reservation in the app, at what was supposed to be one of the most popular storage places in London, they apparently had no way to look up my reservation, and wanted me to pay again. The whole system seems disorganised and broken. I give it an extra star because I did manage to store my bag in the end, but it was a terrible experience! I doubt I'll use this app again—stay away!
It's useful, but watch out and read the fine print. You CANNOT cancel a reservation. You pay, that money is gone, even if it was a mistake or your plans change. The default bags selected in the app is also 2 for whatever reason. My mistake was missing that on my order and paying double what I needed to. I realized my mistake seconds after paying. They at least offered a credit, but that's it.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Only 1 glitch. Because the headquarters of this company are in Italy, my bank transaction was flagged as suspicious. Therefore my bankcard was blocked. So I had to go to the nearest bank to unblock it. Luckily there was a branch, walking distance from where I was. It was sorted out within 15min. But it is a glitch that needs fixing asap.
It worked great. Should be able cancel for no charge if you don't end up needing the service. I reserved in advance and found another solution for free for my bags, but had already paid for this and couldn't find a way to cancel. Since nobody would be burdened by me canceling I feel like this should be an option. We did end up using the service since we already paid for it. Will use again, but can feature is really needed.
The service randomly stopped working. I was then charged multiple times, and had to talk to customer service twice to get the issue cleared up even though they said they'd fixed it the first time. My friend had a similar experience, and her tech support guy kept disappearing for several minutes without saying "Give me a minute, I'll be back," etc. All of this happened in the middle of Chicago, swamped w/luggage. I hate that I gave these people money. I won't be doing it again. Amtrak or Vertoe.

Perfect. We found a storage place next to Bath's train station. The app is easy to use and storage fee reasonable.
Cool app, good service, 2 issues. 1) Makes me log in each time I open the app. 2) You neeeeed to sort out a refund service. This app is based around travel, and travel plans often change at short notice, so there need to be a refund or re-book option to accommodate this. Cheers!
Horrible app, so is the customer service. Did a booking from app and got error that payment was not successful so i did again and same error was shown. Then i checked my PayPal, the amount was deducted twice and my booking was done twice. I did write to customer service and i was told that i will get refund. Fast forward one month, no refund has been done and now customer service has stopped responding. Update: Took them more than 2 months to refund.
Used it to store unwanted bags while I was in Chicago waiting for my bus. It was quick and easy to drop off my bags and pick them up. However, not knowing the exact address of the place you will be dropping off at is a bit of an inconvenience, as I had to walk around the block to find it. Overall, great concept and cheap.
Quick and easy to use, good price
3 stars just because my bag was safe on my return thought it felt very dodgy! I uset Naples "train station" "locker". Which is neither. It is b&b near train station and no locker! Video door bell let me in and told me to take a photo of my bag an leave it by computer- that is just behind small table/counter-ish in the dining area. NO Locker. Extremely happy to find my stuff intact on my return. But i was worry the whole time.. it just does not feel safe at all. Where are lockers as advertised?
