The service is excellent. But the issue is there is no filtering option in search for which it is difficult to find the desired product. Also the diversity of product is very less.
This is a worse online shopping. I've bad experience for several times. Every time they cancel the orders. Don’t purchase anything from here!
Very happy with their service as they provide all the product at the same time in a bag not like Daraz who send individual product by different courier services. And I have to be at home call them give direction and then receive the product outside my home somewhere else. So Superlike to BagDoom app for their service and products are all good.
App freezes on start. No button or link is working. Seems like prank app. Reply: Tried several times. Same issue.

What is the benifit of app, if can't make order. From app after selecting delivery method and payment method it doesn't take the order. Rather it stays in cart only.
Very much fast I want to see that its product quality and delivery time period in on time but after 2-3 product purchasing while I ordered a lot product in purchase order then it delay then there committing time so I request all the product purchaser please be informed the time schedule before purchase the product from bagdoom recently is it's very worst...

I had purchase a speaker from this online shopping side and they give me that speaker and that speaker is too good about the sound quality and I had purchase a non warranty speaker but still its works from last 2 years

I purchased one item (a Portable Fan) on bagdoom. It arrived safely but had an issue (the fan had faulty batteries). When I contacted bagdoom support they promised me to send a replacement of the whole thing but then backed out saying that the fan was out of stock. When I said that I'd be ok with a partial replacement/refund as only the battery was faulty they said they'll ask the seller for it but never called me again. I want to rate the seller 1 star on the app but there's no option. Terrible
