• More info The most famous bagpipe is the Scottish Great Highland Bagpipe, but there are many kinds of it from many countries, like the French Musette de cour, the Italians zampogna, piva, müsa and baghèt, the Spanish gaita, … It is essentially made by the reeds (drones) that play a base bass sound, a bag that the player inflates by blowing air into it (and which is the "lung" of the instrument) and by a "Chanter" upon which the player creates the melody.

* Quick Help **************
* To play: 1. gently blow into the microphone, the drones will start playing the typical background sound of the bagpipe; 2. touch one hole at a time to hear the notes; 3. don't lose sight of the air indicator, when the air is about to finish you will need to blow into the microphone again or the bagpipe will stop playing! 4. to stop the sound simply press the STOP button.

I LOVE it app because, I LOVE the bagpipes
It is so slow changing from note to note, and the song selection is to fast you cant follow along. Also literally nothing happens to the screen its just plain. Like there isn't any indicator that tells you if your putting your finger on the hole, it is just not satisfying. Just please update it a lot more
This is very slow at changing notes. I play the real bagpipes, when I played amazing Grace I couldn't even recognize the tune. I could play amazing Grace better On a musical calculator than this app. If you want to play the bagpipes get some real ones don't waste your time with this app
Too slow changing notes, and noted cut out if you hold them long enough. Same goes for drone effect, kinda kills it that the drone intermittently cuts out

Oftenly bugs. The sounds get "stuck" and can't even stop them. Cheers mate, just needs improvement!

As the stars imply, I absolutely HATED this app!!!! The notes aren't right, and as a bagpiper irl, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO PLAY A SIMPLE TUNE!!!

This app is horrible the the scale is even in the wrong place!! The scale is even upside down I recommend going and to get taught by a real pipe instructor

As an actual piper, please believe me when I say this app is awful. The sound quality, the orientation of the chanter holes, the functionality, all of it. It's a cute idea, but if you really want to "fill your home" with great Scottish tunes, either learn to actually play the pipes, or find a good CD.
It was the oldest app i had in my phone, and the last update ruined it completely. Shame on the developers
I know holes aren't in right place, but easy to learn the songs , and they're fun to learn.
Nice app, realistic sound, would rate one more star if drone volume could adjust. Really like the permissions level, minimum like all free apps should be. Would pay for this app with improvements.
I installed it One Note wouldn't work so I uninstalled it and installed it again and now two notes do not work ( Too many bugs)
