Different devices use a different axis for their compassion some use a flat horizontal plane others (like the Nexus 6P) use a vertical plane. Try different orientations for your device before you face different directions and you'll have better luck! There is no way to code for this as it is a hardware limitation.

There weren't obvious directions of how to hold the phone to get an accurate reading, so I held it parallel to the floor like a real compass. I tested it by laying it on a flat surface and orienting the phone in different directions, and it wouldn't give me a consistent reading. It needle settled on a different direction each time I spun the phone a little. :/ perhaps it works better on different devices?

I would be more comfortable using this app if it had a different symbol. I feel uncomfortable using such a holy designation, as the Greatest Name is, for a finger tap.

Now it points to the complete opposite direction. Makes me think someone hacked into it to mess with a Bahá'í's prayer life.

Regrettably, this does not give consistent directions on my Samsung S6. May be problem with my phone

NOT WORKING ON MOTO E2: It is a great app. I have used it on my phone. I loved it. But now I am not able to install on my new phone Moto E(2nd Gen) (No compass). :-(

Ordinary compass works better on Lava A2

Sorry my friend but the needle keeps changing it's mind with this app when I change direction, simple compass far more stable, couldn't find any other reviews with my phone model Xperia M

I have moved.into a new house and just now after downloading the app i realised.i have been praying in yhe wrong direction ....Thank you for the appp so quick and easy.<3
