Bahia Principe Hotels

App needs a lot of work. The same 4 hotels show up, but finding the rest is an exercise in frustration. They simply do not load, no matter the quality of connection or time given. I've lucked out for info on my hotel about 2% of the time. Don't waste your time with this app.

The app simply doesn't work. Opening the app dumps you to a page that only allows you to select resorts in Spain, and it's all in Spanish. Selecting a resort at least gives you access to the main menu where you can select the language, but still only have access to resorts in Spain.

I've heard good things about the hotel but can't say the same about the app. I've installed and uninstalled it twice now. It doesn't work at all. All I could access was the opening page and nothing else. I'd advise you to remove it before it gives people the wrong impression about the hotel or fix the damn app.

Pure garbage. After opening the app, I saw 'Do you checkin' as opposed to 'your', and arguably 'check in', so I was immediately laughing. I see 4 hotels (mine was not among them), and nothing works. After about 10-15 seconds, I received a long error about a failure to connect. If this 5-star hotel cannot even get its app right, what am I supposed to think about the hotel itself?

App is horrible and will do three things. 1. Trying to cancel my destination wedding there for 30 plus people. 2. Will recommend to family and friends not to book with any Bahia property. 3. See 1 and 2. If you can't fix a simple app for your customers, how good is your service at your hotels??????

This app is total garbage. The events schedule gives the wrong times and tells you to check with the local schedule. The restaurant scheduling part, does not let you schedule. the only thing this app does is harvest your personal info.

We are currently at the Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an and the app is not working. Same issue as everyone else, not connecting even on the Wifi of the property. Very annoying since the staff keeps telling to use the app when you have a request.

App is completely broken. Dont bother until the hotel chain fixes it. You will get a choice of checking in to 4 Spanish hotels, followed by an error the app cannot connect to the server.

I'm sitting in a BPH in Mexico, on their wi-fi and the only options I have to log in are to Spanish hotels (3 of which are in Tenerife). Have re-installed 4 times now, 1st install showed Mexico as an option alongside Spain, but wouldn't log in. There are too many glitches, this app needs to be sorted as almost all users appear have been disappointed with its functionality

The Fantasia Bahia Principe Tenerife option keeps disappearing and reappearing. That wouldn't normally be a problem, except we're here now and needed it to book the restaurants and live shows when we arrived.

App did not work. I was on the hotel's wifi and the app did not fully load. Tried reinstalling, same result. Note: I redownloaded the app while on hotel's wifi, so I had internet.

App is full of bugs. Very hard to lad the app without getting error codes. The most frequent error code. I get upon loading app is a 404. Don't waste your time downloading this.

Im wondering why this app is NOT in English (most labels in Spanish). I'm sure the majority of BHP customers are English speaking and not Spanish. Furthermore the app shows on the home page only 2 resorts in Dom.Rep. Where are the other ones??? In Punta Cana and La Roman. This app needs a better QA testing.

I would give this zero stars. Can't even open it to select my hotel. Tried restarting didn't work, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work. 2 thumbs down. This review is for the app only. It does not reflect my review of the resort stay itself.

Continually crashes, only making resorts in Spain available to select. I'm currently staying at the resort in Mexico making the app useless. To be honest Just adding to a distasteful experience in general.

App doesn't work, hasn't for a few months looking at the other reviews too! Suggest you get your hard working staff to stop talking about the app until you've actually taken the time to fix it. App in principle is great still, just get it working :)

Worked fine for 2 days of our trip... Then inexplicably stopped showing our hotel within the app as well as showing an error on the menu screen... Not great 2 days into a 6 day trip.

The app worked well for 2days and allowed me to reserve restaurants in mexico. However after the reservation was done and upon reopning the app, it defaulted to Spain and there was no other option ro choose from.

It only works if you're currently connected to a Bahia Principe wifi. Was able to place room service requests via the app. Overall, worked as intended.

The app only has hotels in Spain. None other hotels in Mexico, the Dominican, or Jamaica are supported by this app. Completely useless unless traveling to spain.

Used the app last year no problems. Now app doesn't have any of the Mexico and Caribbean resorts, making the app useless for our trip to Mexico.

Download it several times. Never works it doesn't do anything at all just a static screen. Horrible

Not a good or helpful app - needs a lot of work on it if good reviews are wanted. Won't even open the Bahia Fantasia hotel in Tenerife! Just says there is an error!! Read some of the reviews.
