The app was recently redesigned, and this new design earns a low review from me. The old version was clunky and outdated, but it was at least generally usable. The new version is basically completely unusable on a phone screen for most of the things one does during mobile banking, such as checking account activity. The new design of the app was terribly designed for mobile usage. The whole app basically requires "landscape" orientation to be usable, even on the large screen of my Galaxy s10+!
every time I try to log in they say my information is not correct ,but it is correct!! I am not very happy with the way this app works..it always has glitches.
I was hoping there had been updates to the interface since the most recent reviews. Unfortunately, I don't see much difference. I can read my account information, but that is about it. It feels clunky, outdated, and definitely not user friendly. I much prefer the online interface to the app.
Login options are lacking. Why is it not possible to use biometrics to login to my account or at least have the option? Compared to Baird's competitors they are really far behind in the digital scene. This is with their app and website.
Biometrics Gone! What's up with that. Really seems clunky anyway, but that just makes things worse. Please update and fix.
The lack of biometric login is a serious deficiency. You would think Baird would want their app to reflect the same high standards as they expect from their financial advisors.

Really wish this application would work. I can't even login into my account. App works 2-3 days a month. Pretty disappointed for how sophisticated the company is.
Good information and easy to access. Not so easy to log out. I click log out button and error message appears stating my session has ended. When I try to get out of the app, the program hangs up and you have to force out of the app.
The dearth of options and views here make this app next to useless, unless all you want to know is how much is in your account. That's about all it can tell you. Needs WAY more functionality to be helpful at all.
Although it displays the current market value, I'd like to put that in perspective by showing the cost basis or the overall gain/loss nearby. The day's change isn't useful to me.. However, seeing the overall performance of my holdings is the only thing I'm looking for.
Needs to show portfolio performance over time. Today's snapshot is fine, but need more. Also app won't shut down. After I log off I get an error message with only option is to hit "OK". It won't close.
Navigation and format is direct and simple to understand. Great job Baird!

App won't load or open
I've tried dozens of times, I can't get this app to register me. It keeps saying the information I provided does not match their records on file. I've quintupled check my information, it is correct. What the heck do they have on file??
